Beware the returns policy…

The glasses were significantly delayed due to Barner not providing the correct customs paperwork. They eventually arrived in the wrong box. The glasses were unfortunately too small, but the returns cost is absolutely laughable (£30 from the UK!) more than half the price of the glasses, so they will have to be put on Depop/eBay. If you have to charge £30 to return your product from the UK then you don’t have a viable business in the UK…

Great product, amazing customer service

I have been wearing Barner glasses for many years and they have boosted my eyes health by preventing my eyes to get red, itchy and extremely tired after spending hours on screens. And their associated headaches. Plus they diminish the impact of light screens (specially important if you are in a dim environment or if you have another eye condition). I'm very happy with the product, and the customer service is top notch - They sorted out a tricky case in no time. Kudos to the Barner team!

Nice experience

Outstanding Customer Service and Quick Resolution

I recently had an issue with my order from Barner, as I received prescription glasses instead of the non-prescription ones I ordered. After contacting their support team, they responded promptly and courteously. Without needing me to return the incorrect pair, they sent the correct glasses via DHL Express, which arrived the next day.

The quick resolution and excellent customer service were truly impressive. I highly recommend Barner for their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Har nu købt tre par briller her og kvalitet, service mv. er lige i øjet. Har to skærmbriller og et par solbriller og alle er flotte, rare at have på og rigtig god kvalitet. Meget bedre end briller købt i optikere her i DK.

I received my glasses yesterday, Frame is ok but the lenses are horrible. They are like mirror, people can see themselves in those while taking to you and you will look horrible in photoshoots or Zoom calls as everything will reflect and from the back of the lens while wearing those frames, I can actually see my eyes as well.. I will never buy from them again. And when returning those frames there is 30 EUR fee so in the end I am left with 27 EUR whereas I paid 173 EUR in total for the frames + 45 EUR extra shipping duty as I live outside of Spain. What a SCAM.

Be aware of the hefty shipping fees been charged by the courier if you live outside of Spain. It makes the whole process not worth it.

Great experience replacing my Barner…

Great experience replacing my Barner lenses and rectifying any issues with the process!

My previous Barner glasses, my most worn pair and owned since 2021, needed the prescription changed. I purchased new transition lenses but unfortunately these didn’t fit, as my frame was a slightly older model.

Barner acted amazingly and promptly to send me not only a new Chamberi frame free of charge - colour of my choice - but also another pair of lenses pre-fitted to avoid any further issues. I didn’t request the latter, they suggested this, which I thought was very proactive!

The glasses themselves are lovely, the pink tortoise colour is very flattering as exactly as pictured and the transition lenses are very sensitive and reliable when reacting. I’ll likely be buying a second pair in black!

The only thing to be aware of is the customs fees if shipping to the UK, likely because of Brexit. Barner have details of this on their FAQ and still shared the cost with me when I was caught off guard; however, something to bear in mind.

All in, I would 100% recommended Barner and I’ll be buying from there again. Alongside Specsavers, they’re are my most trusted glasses supplier!

I had an issue with the glasses when they arrived, nothing to do with the quality but more how they arrived. I contacted them and they had sent me out a new pair , express post and arrived in time for my holiday.

Be really careful when buying items…

Be really careful when buying items from this site, they say expedited delivery for a fee but they send it 4 days late and then when you try to return it they try to charge you 10 euros or dont respond at all.
