They claim 30 days return, and hide all the little details, you don’t get full refund.

And apparently prescription glasses can’t be returned, although they state it everywhere, even on prescription page, they hide that details very good and the full terms and conditions.

So shady and dishonest…

This company is a scam. They take your money and don't send your order.

Good quality eyeglasses with a stylish design. Delivery was impressively fast, even during the holiday period. Easy to use platform to make an online choice. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend!

Despite some issues with the glasses as they did not adjust properly to my eyes, the customer service was very good and they solved the problem.

These are my 3rd (or 4th!) pair of Barners glasses. This time, I made a classic Black Friday mistake, rushing my purchase and forgetting to apply the deal properly. But not all was lost! A quick email later, and Carol from customer service swooped in. She quickly rectified my oversight and got everything sorted. While I enjoy the glasses, the customer service (especially Carol's!) is better. would recommend!

Baught glasses without prescription. Got one WITH prescription. This happens. Returning wasn‘t quiet clear, but could satisfactorily solved with fast accurate email conversation. So it definitely helped to to contact them.

After trying to make this work for over 6 month's unfortunately I would have to give up. So I bought a pair of Barner Anti Blue light eye glasses from a Authorized reseller in my country (Anhoch MK Macedonia) As soon as I got home that day I put them on and I start using them for about 5-7 minutes I started experiencing a burning sensation throughout the whole skin of my body and my eye strain head tripled in that small time, So from their I contacted barner and told them about it they said that that is not normal and I should go to a optical store or Optical clinic to check if they were neutral as they also have a little zoom in to them, So I went and did that and Barner was right they were as they should be neutral 0,0 as I don't have a prescription for glasses, after that I tried wearing them from time to time once even trying to keep them on even for almost 2 hours but the burning sensation throughout my body was out of this world kind of bad, Anyways I go to the ER and they got me under control through a Anti Allergic medication they gave me so after that I do the follow up with the doctor and he told me to to put the glasses on and he was monitoring my temperature and blood pressure and they both rise up in about a minute I feel the burning sensation and he did conclude that the glasses frame or lens coating has some type of chemical that in certain people could be life threatening if untreated or cause permanent nerve damage due to the sensitivity cause by the chemical. So I'm here to say while Barner makes High quality glasses their just not for everybody and it would be great if barner somehow had a try for 30 days money back guarantee even though that would not count for me as I bought them locally from a Authorized reseller.

I have owned three pairs of the Chamberí model—two with blue light lenses and one with sun lenses. The blue light glasses have consistently performed as advertised: they are comfortable for extended wear, stylish, and effective for screen use.

However, I encountered issues with the sunglasses. The lenses appear to be delaminating, as if a layer is peeling or coming unglued. This is disappointing given the price point. I contacted Barner’s customer service, and they were prompt and helpful throughout the replacement process. However, I had to pay €15 to cover the cost of shipping, which feels excessive for such a lightweight package. I’m hopeful that the new pair will prove more durable.

One recurring issue across all pairs is that the frames develop a tacky, sticky texture over time, despite my adherence to the recommended care instructions. While not a dealbreaker, this does detract from the overall feel and makes the glasses seem less premium than they appear.

That said, the Chamberí model fits my face shape exceptionally well—perhaps better than any other frames I’ve tried. With improvements to the frame material and lens durability, these could easily be five-star glasses.

Love this Brand, and love my glasses.
I've bought already different pair in the glasses in the last couple of year, and every time i wear it I say: WOW !
Love the style, super light and comfortable.

I was left confused to say the least...
I visited their website and thought that 105$ for a pair of computer glasses are too expensive. I decided to scroll down and found a pair at discounted price of about 54$. I saw that they provided a free international shipping and that I was qualified. I decided to give it a go and did check out. I have to say that I am doing checkout through the "Shop" app and all information such as my address and card details are inserted automatically, I don't have to double check anything, it's a reliable app for shopping. The next day I received notification that my order was dispatched. I just decided to double check in my bank that they processed this payment. What I saw was shocking. I was charged 85$ !!!!
Final invoice showed me around 46$ for glasses before checking out. So they charged me for DHL shipping 40$ !!!! This is the most expensive shipping charges I ever paid in my life.
I left confused. Why you have to be so dishonest?

I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. I ordered a blue light blocking pair of glasses, and they exceeded my expectations. The quality is outstanding—much better than I anticipated. The fit is perfect, they look great, and honestly, I don’t think I could’ve found anything better. The price-to-quality ratio is absolutely top.

I also had a small request to get an official invoice, and the customer service responded immediately and provided it without any hassle. I felt really well taken care of—excellent support.

My previous blue light glasses had broken, so I needed a replacement quickly. I opted for express shipping and placed my order on Wednesday morning. By Friday morning, it had already arrived—and I live in Belgium! Super fast and smooth experience.

I absolutely love Barner. Now I have nice, lightweight prescription glasses for a fraction of the price I would have paid at an optician's. The customer service is also great! I broke the temple on my glasses and they sent me a replacement for just the cost of shipping. Honestly, I don't know of a better brand that can make prescription glasses at such a price.
