First and last time I order from Bargin Chemist.

Decided to try Bargin Chemist for first time. Ordered some hair dye and toner, waited a week with no update so emailed them. Got a reply afew days later was told they had the dye but they were getting the toner from another warehouse or if I wanted I could get a refund. Didnt have a chance to reply cos the just refunded the toner anyway and mailed the rest. If I knew it would have been such a hassel and take so long just to get a refund I would have ordered elsewhere or just gone to supermarket.

Let down.

Wanted 4 items, all showed as in stock. Paid, then got email saying can only send two and have already shipped so can't cancel complete order and refund.
Only got second star for sticking to the free shipping when bill dropped below 50.

I needed a Clarins cleanser shipped to Hamilton. I was greeted by a warm and friendly voice. Linda went the extra mile to meet all my requests. It was a pleasure dealing with her

First timers

I get that this business has only just begun it's trials & tribulations of errors. They have great products for great prices hopefully soon they will get click and collect up and running.

Cheaper than alternative

Took over a week to ship my order and conveniently they only shipped my order when I queried it, when I received the products I was very happy and the products were a lot cheaper than chemist warehouse
