I ordered some perfume on the website, on a "click and collect" option , as the item was shown as "in stock" locally.
I went into the store and they said they had no stock, and that they would refund the money. They did that a few days later.
In the meantime, I checked with all the shops showing stock of this item. None had it. I am NOT IMPRESSED.

Delivery was very timeful but the condition of the contents of my parcel was abominable - all the packing was wrecked.

Good communication and dispatch of parcel. very good prices on products.

Item I wanted to buy was a great special. Only problem it wasn't available to deliver or click and collect. Web site showed stock available but I have been in three times and there is never any available. Staff very unhelpful. A great way to get you in the shop for something that is never there. Disappointing and a complete waste of time.

This is the second time I have placed a click and collect order with Bargain Chemist where both times my items have been out of stock at my local store. It didn’t receive any communication about this until I followed up with them 4 days later.

Ordered from them online and it was shipped so quickly that i was not expecting it on my doorstep a couple days later especially since I am rural. It was all packed really good.

Speed of service, cost competitive, availability of products, ease of purchase, and door-to-door service without needing to travel to a retailer to look. One can look at their own speed without being hounded by those friendly yet at times over efficient shop staff.

Given products with an expiry date only months away. Considering I brought 2 items which were expensive, it was disappointing.

My original order was apparently damaged in transit. After waiting for a week I rang the courier and got told this and that bargain chemist had been notified of this so they could resend the order. On contacting bargain chemist they had no record of any correspondence from the courier. They then went ahead and resent my order.

First time ordering from Bargain Chemist. The items I purchased online were available & on Special. I thought what a bargain, so I proceeded with the purchase. Only to get an email days later saying that the items that I Really wanted were not available & a refund issued. What a waste of time shopping online. I should have shopped online at Chemist Warehouse instead like I normally do. Very disappointed.

First time ordering from. I don't believe they currently have capacity for good customer service and providing the ordered products. Don't know what distribution they have? Longer waiting times than I'm use to for processing, dispatch and shipment times. Better to use for maintaining household a month out, than for urgent or products needed sooner. Will continue with, but only for non essentials.
