Ordered again some bye bye redness makeup. Went for the light beige rather than the neutral beige which I find a bit peachy in colour and doesn’t hide my rosacea. Products are counterfeit and not even good ones. I bought the IT cosmetics CC cream and the packaging is completely different to the genuine packaging and even has spelling mistakes on it.
I have contacted them to ask for a refund and will also be contacting Trading Standards. Please also be aware that there is another company operating from the same address

So I was looking for the It cosmetics CC cream I thought it was a bargain for 24 pounds and 10% discount so basically didn’t pay for delivery and 48 tracked so I went ahead and ordered… it arrived today 14/06/2023 and In a crumpled up Jiffy bag no reputable company does this they have proper packaging, I then open the product the packaging is matte the bottles are not matte and reading the ingredients it says contains snail slime… I can clarify this is a fake I would like a refund.. if this issue is not rectified I will be going to trading standards as these contain harmful chemicals to humans !!!! Not good enough barefaced expect an investigation launched into your company soon

I’m not a person who is giving reviews but this company should be reported as they selling fake products as a genuine one. After sending email to the shop that the item I had received is obviously a fake one no one responded to so within same day I disputed this on PayPal and enclosed photo of two products next to each other, with clearly many differences and response I got is they are happy to refund me money after they receive the item back and they can’t see difference in products on attached photos!!! They must to pretend to be so stupid. Really would like to find the way to report this business.

I bought IT cc cream it arrived but I am sure it's a fake , the packaging and product do not resemble IT cc cream at all ??

Ordered a sol de janiero cream for a Christmas present and the cream didn’t smell of anything at all, tired to make a complaint but got no response

Please can I give ZERO stars? Bought IT cosmetics CC cream one month ago. Nothing arrived. Unfortunately it’s clear now this site is a SCAM. Bank are trying to get my funds back. Oh and the email they have listed is also fake and will simply bounce back.

Clearly a scam company. Ordered IT cosmetics cc cream, product is faulty. Emailed the company but received a notification to say my email cannot be delivered. I have emailed them again, but doubt I will get a response. Wish I’d seen the previous reviews on here before ordering, lesson learnt !

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered 3 products made by a company called Timeless. All skincare products with active ingredients so I was very mindful to check the manufacturing date when they arrived. 2 products were out of date (one went off in 2021!) and the last product had a month left on its use by date. It would be impossible to use the entire bottle in one month which is meant to last 3! I then checked Trust Pilot and noted a lot of negative reviews. I’m hoping that the company just refunds the items. I will of course send back but all are not fit for resale. Do not order from this site.

I did open a complaint with the seller on PayPal and I can confirm that the seller dealt with it very quickly which was reassuring. I also contacted Timeless Skincare in USA and asked them to confirm who their authorised sellers are in the U.K and this company was not listed as one of them. Also be aware Timeless are not permitted to sell vitamin c in the U.K. therefore I am highly doubtful the one I received was legitimate. Always check with US companies who their authorised sellers are in the U.K. before buying something.

Very obviously fake items, packaging is not legit nor are the make up items. The stickers in my foundation were wonky. The packaging is clearly copied and not the same writing or wording. No social media accounts, discovered the ‘store’ is from China.

Received 2 it cosmetics cc cream that are fake. The packaging, consistency, colour and smell is completely different to all others I have bought previously. No response to email sent on 9/01/2023 the same day I received the order. Could not get through on phone. Very disappointed.

Do not buy from here! Ordered Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream having recently run out and as soon as I opened it was obvious it was a fake. The packaging was cheap and the cream was the wrong texture and smell.

Update- the customer service team have responded and sent a full refund for this order. Good customer service and hopefully they will make sure their suppliers are genuine going forward

Terrible company, possibly a scam!!! I’ve ordered something from there recently, felt uneasy to begin with as never heard of them before, and oh was I right!!! I’ve never received my item, customer service there was terrible and unwilling to help, I was being treated unfairly and discriminated, in the end I had to file an official dispute with pay Py to get my money back!! Be careful people, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

The below response from the seller is again NOT true - Royal Mail has a proof that it was delivered to a wrong address and advised that it’s the seller in this case who should submit claim for this - you refused to do it for unknown me reasons even though proof and mail from Royal Mail to ask you to do so. Pay Pal confirmed it’s not true as well they are re-reviewing the case as well after I sent them the evidence from Royal Mail about you. Shame on you!!! Liers!!

They send me royal mail tracking number it didn’t work for one week , after one week they send me message that money been refunded. How is even possible? You send me tracking number ( that item should be send and now I her refund ) horrible won’t buy ever again !

Awful, I bought a face palette that was completely damaged, already used/ruined. I had to pay 9 euros for custom fees although I frequently buy online in the UK and never have to pay fees. They did not accept to reimburse the fee for a completely damaged product.
They replied they sent me details on how to claim back customs charges, which is a lie, I have sent several emails to be reimbursed they absolutely never replied to my email.
No I never received any reply to my email and the customs will never reimburse the fees with proof of refund.

Poor quality and couldn't let me refund the product

I received my order and it appears that the colors in my eyeshadow palette are very different than on the pictures. When I contacted BF the people started chatting about her office and about how full her desk was. Not listening to my complaint. No more BF for me.

UPDATE: after reading other complaints I wonder maybe my product is fake too?

Bareface has once again tried to flag my review and have it removed and I have had to send the evidence of their fake products once more. Last time this happened, I got an email from them apologising for incorrectly flagging my review, and yet they have done it again months later in the hopes of removing evidence that they sold fake products. This is so disingenuous. I have had a terrible experience with this shop that has followed me for almost half a year now. I would not recommend shopping here.

I was contacted by Trust Pilot to let me know that Bare Face has tried to get this review removed (I assume because it mentions that I was sold FAKE products) despite me aswering them directly with a huge amount of proof, photos and detailed explanations when requested.**

I originally left a very negative review on my order.

I received 3 counterfeit Too Faced palettes (2x Chocolate Bar and Semi Sweet) and was not happy to see them. (for a quick check on whether you have a fake palette, I recommend checking for spelling mistakes on the booklet/packaging, seeing if the mirror has a peelable protective film as it should and double checking the shade names. The smell can give it away on certain TF palettes too.)

I contacted the seller immediately to notify them of this and they responded promptly.

They apologised for the product and told me that the fake stock had been removed. They refunded me in full promptly and said they would raise a complaint with their supplier to resolve the problem. They were responsive and seemed sincere in their concern over it.

So, my experience with this shop has been mixed. While I appreciate the customer service they provide, I still did not manage to get the genuine products I was looking for.

I can’t comment on the veracity of all the products on the site, they could be completely fine. Really, I can only comment on my order and the ones I received were unfortunately not genuine.

Further research should be done into their suppliers to make sure that the products are real. (they did tell me this was going to be done with this supplier)

I have incredibly sensitive skin due to allergies and eczema and can only use certain brands or else risk having a really terrible reaction. So, it could have been a lot less pleasant if I had actually used them.
