Do not buy from this company. I bought some Rhode products on a 2-4 day delivery and because they didn’t arrive I ended up buying directly from Rhode.

The delivery did eventually turn up however the products are not genuine. Most notably initially the product boxes are a different colour from the products I bought direct from Rhode and each box sent from emba are different in colour from each other.

The printing and content on the boxes and product are also not consistent with the original products bought from Rhode.

They are slow to respond regarding delivery and then completely ignore you when you have an issue. So I have had to drawback the money from my payment provider as I will not be using the products because I don’t know what they have put in them.

I am writing this to protect people from spending their money with this company. So avoid.

The item did eventually arrive but the customer service is appalling, I sent multiple emails and DM's chasing my order which were all ignored, left comments on their Instagram which were deleted (along with other peoples comments also chasing their orders). Grateful it did finally arrive and love the product, but won't be ordering from here again.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. They have been ignoring my emails regarding an order placed for weeks now. Their customer service is appalling. They had the audacity to delete my comments on their instagram posts, post instagram stories, yet fail to respond to my emails and DMs . They are unbelievably unprofessional. Additionally, they sell counterfeit items which I have confirmed by taking an item received by them into a Sephora store and comparing packaging and ingredients.

Ordered 3 products - only 2 were delivered. Received one reply when I asked where it was and nothing since despite multiple emails chasing up on it and requesting a refund. Do not order from here!

Item never got shipped and emails/chats have been ignored for over a week.

Do not order from this company. Sent the wrong item and now ignoring my emails. They have no return address or customer service at all.

Do not order anything here.

Bought something, shipping was cancelled, no refund, ignored E-mails.

Should have read the reviews before I ordered!
As someone else has put, if I could give a 0 rating I would!
Ordered a Xmas gift on 11th Dec & 7 weeks later I am still without product. No refund, no response.
My advice would be steer clear.

I thought this may have been a scam. Be prepared to not be updated with confirmation or tracking details, left panicking but turned up eventually. One of the boxes was damaged but I think product is OK

If I could give this company a 0 I would! I ordered a product on 01 January and it still hasn’t arrived 3 weeks later. Have contacted the company several times and eventually they replied to say it would be delivered last Friday a week ago and still not arrived!!! Was a present for someone so very disappointed.
