My order was LATE after I paid a lot for next day shipping BUT was partially refunded after I called. I needed to return unused item past their return window and no dice!!

No one at Barcode Discount could tell me about my order, it took ages to ship when they promise "next day", they treated me very impolite, they are rude. I won't buy there again.

Low Prices, Great Product

We have ordered from Barcode Discount a few times now, and are never disappointed. We have received exactly what we ordered and in a timely fashion. Prices and cost of shipping are lower than Durafast Labels where we normally ordered from.

Very poor e-shopping experience

Did not get a tracking confirmation. After some correspondence and delays it was agreed to ship the product directly to the end customer to minimise the late delivery. Very difficult to get feedback. Required five attempts by email, phone and web form. The product was unfortunately not shipped to the end customer as agreed. So it was a total failure. Shipping to Europe was very expensive (more than the actual product). The expensive shipping cost is acceptable if the product had shipped in time. Overall a very bad experience. Sad to say.

Was okay

Was okay, what was disappointing was I paid for rush delivery (2 day) and I didn't get it in 2 days, not to mention there was not actually anything shipped, it was just a license in email.

Great price, great service!

I first contacted Barcode Discount (via chat) to find affordable barcode software. They were very nice in the chat and helped me find something to meet my company needs. All without ANY obligation expected. Then when we did decide to buy, they had the cheapest price by over 20%! The software media arrived fast and we are very satisfied. Highly recommend!
