The worst experience of my life... don't trust the Success managers of Banxso. LEO Lefteris and his manager. They have no clue what they are doing. The swaps are exorbitant and eating away your money.. Obviously they only want your money. If you do not topup your account they scream at you and treat you like dirt. They are very rude.. the other problem is that they did not explain the swap/ amounts and you can't see the swap amounts on the phone app.
I have submitted a complaint to complaints banxso com and had no feedback. I suggest we all complain to the bank ombudsman.
The telephone calls are recorded and the ombudsman will request them.

I feel compelled to warn others about the unethical practices and disregard for clients' financial well-being that I have encountered.
Grievance Summary: My grievances with Banxso are extensive, centering around the mismanagement of my trading account by their "success manager," Mr. Kaplowitz. Despite the outlined duties for success managers, which include constructive trading strategies, live sessions, market analysis, and risk management, Mr. Kaplowitz's advice has consistently fallen short of these standards.
Shocking Conduct: Mr. Kaplowitz went to the extent of applying immense pressure on me, making up to three calls a day, urging me to deposit additional funds without regard for my financial situation or investment objectives. To make matters worse, he was fully aware that these funds were my life savings, a rental emergency fund, and money left to me by my late brother.
The misleading claims about earning more interest compared to traditional bank accounts only added to the deception. Despite my explicit admission of being a complete novice in trading, my concerns about overexposure and the lack of educational guidance were consistently dismissed.
Unethical Advice: Mr. Kaplowitz is not legally obliged to advise but to educate clients. However, advising a client to be patient is advice and suggests holding a trade which is illegal/unethical as it only benefits Banxso with the exorbitant floating SWAP fees.
Misleading Information during Onboarding: The information provided during the onboarding process was misleading, promising an 8.7% interest rate as a key advantage. However, I later discovered that the associated SWAP fees on highly risky assets outweigh any potential gains, and these fees change randomly without proper explanation. Mr. Kaplowitz’s advice was not in good faith but merely to extract as much liquid capital from my pockets as possible.
Urgent Warning: I have taken formal action by reporting Banxso to the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and the FAIS Ombudsman. My aim is to prevent further financial harm to unsuspecting individuals who may fall victim to Banxso's deceitful practices.
Desired Outcome: I am seeking a refund of my invested capital, citing the misleading information and failure to adhere to proper risk management practices. I also urge others who have faced similar issues to come forward and share their experiences.
Conclusion: I implore readers to exercise extreme caution when considering Banxso Ltd for their financial endeavors. My hope is that this review serves as a warning and encourages the FSCA to investigate Banxso thoroughly, holding them accountable for their unjust practices.

Here's how it worked, all in one week True story. See an ad using big names Elon Musk, Anton Rupert. Trading platform built for South Africans. Register with Immediate Matrix. (Text comes..... "Thank you for signing up with Banxso.com! Please expect a call shortly so we can assist you on your trading journey. Min deposit R4700." Call from a Banxso Success Manager Annamaria to show the ropes interupted by senior Manager George who convinces me to put in more money as R4700 is too little to trade successfully. Deposit more money. Annamaria helps you to start. First trade makes some profit. Next trade losing, can't get hold of Success Manager for two days. A different Success Manager also George calls, account in danger, convinces me to deposit more money to save the account. Trades still failing, Another Success Manager Marinos?? calls, offers Banxso money to topup account on condition I deposit more money. Can't do it. Another Success Manager Fotis, calls, also offers Banxso money to fix account on condition of further deposit, can't do, so he advises new forex trades. These fail, get warning, account in danger. Fotis calls, again offers Banxso money on condition of more deposit. Can't do, so he advises keep trades open. Two days later account closes down. Next Phonecall from Alex (Banxso manager) He stated as before that I do not owe anything to Banxso. He apologised for the inconvenience. He asked me to deposit R30000 and offered to back it with 4500usd Banxso money to re-open the account (previously he had offered to back it with 6000 USD and wanted me to put in R100000. I had said no, he said how about R50000 and then R30000) and he would manage the account to bring it into profit in two to three weeks after which I could draw my money out if I wanted. I declined, had no more money. He ended saying he would look further into the matter and would call again next week. I never heard from him again. Four Success Managers eastern European accents (all apparently operating out of Europe, one of them told me so), one with American accent and main Manager also American accent. Forty nine incoming phonecalls (Capetown numbers) from Banxso over nine days. R86000 lost. Gullible me.

I lost R65k with this place - Im convinced they make money off your losses. Initial success manager encouraged me to take money out of my credit card - R150k in total - Then when I had lost the first R15K tried to widraw R110k to pay off my credit card - i was bombarded by my success manager - Suhail. after another R25k loss over night, that was the last I heard of Suhail. They lie to you about all the millions their customers and how much they trade. They also sweet talk you and blow smoke up your @ss.
I have lost 2 years worth of schook fees because of this cr@p. I know it was my fault to trust them but DO NOT go near this place - total gamble.

Their swop fees are ridiculous they finish you before you can make a profit. Their success manger will encourage you to deposit more money which will disappear. If you complain you are given a bonus to make you quite and withdraw the bad review which you have done. Mind you the bonus cannot be withdrawn and its all going back to them through swops. Their success manager Oliver was shouting at me for failing to get my family members join them only for me to fall for it and lost all my savings. He will encourage you to deposit one deposit after the other without explaining to you the impact of their ridiculous swop fees
On my previous review I did they promised to investigate only to call and give me a bonus which is all gone to their swop commission
Why Oliver was insisting on me to make more and more deposit and even now l still get calls from your success manager asking me to make more deposits.If his job is to advise me why was he encouring me to open trades and leave them as long as l want only to mention about swops when l asked his why my money keeps on dropping on a daily basis and worse on Wednesday.So what kind of advise is that which impacts me negatively after he encourages me to make more deposits

Bonxso makes you lose all your money
DO NOT get involved with Banxco trading. I lost a LOT of money. They did not inform me well on their trading options, type of accounts and how the trading platform works. And I was not new to share trading. I though I was trading in shares, while it was actually CFD’s! They opened the wrong type of account for me, and soon all the fees were killing me. They lured me with the promise of making big money, but I LOST ALL MY MONEY! STAY AWAY FROM BANXSO!!! They are a bunch of sharks!

I have been honest and even mad with my experience with the Banxso trading platform
And quite verbal about my experience
I have been getting a lot of calls and emails since my last review from managers and staff of Banxso
They even offered me a big Bonus to get me set upp and try this again
I have declined
I now believe that if I was more educated that this might have turned into another successful story
My conclusion and suggestion to the success story of Banxso would be
Start your add complain in a more honest and legit way
Do not use big names like Elon Musk
Do not promise the underdog in south Africa a dream of putting food on the table if it is not true
And in conclusion Do not use artificial intelligence as a catch
All of these things made me believe that I can make a success
Remember there are people like me out in this real world
I was never in this for a get Ritch quick
I have the greatest child in this word
But she has a spesial needs child
She has a great career
But if I pass she will have to leave her job to become a full-time caregiver
I wanted to provide for that rainy day
