The quality of the bag was better than expected and I love the materials used. It has enough space and compartments for everything I need to take with me.

Order said it would ship in 5-9 days. Now “scheduled” for delivery on 6/10 and ordered on 5/21. It didn’t arrive in time for the trip I needed it for. The backpack may be good but I won’t know for several more days. Am frustrated with the inaccurate lead time.

There were some issues with the delivery. The response was almost emmidiate. They aknowledged the problem toke care of it and made it an expres delivery. Service as it should be but you don,t see that a lot anymore so will order again with these guys!!

I guess you shouldn't trust the official product page for optimal pricing and to avoid 3rd party sellers or scams because they just double the price on the official website and sell their products for half off on amazon. Purchased a backpack for full price, shortly after realized it was half the price on amazon, asked for a comparable price and the owner/customer service manager has a meltdown. Buy another bag, wouldnt give this company another penny.

The sling bag (Oxford Trendy styling) is very comfortable. Lots of interior and exterior pockets. Good for small hikes or around town. Sized ideally as a flight underseat bag for those essentials. Good price, well built and delivered within a few days.

Super fast postage does what it says on the tin.

The customer service is absolutely amazing! There is a real person - a backpacker answering your questions. I had a question regarding measurements - immediately answered. They didn't have shipping to my country - got me quotes within an hour.I am delighted and wish more companies would be like this.

With all the joy i had to buy my laptop backpack it all ended in tears as the order tracking went well but at the end the speedx courier that they use in USA is just a scam the deiver just took a photo of my package on the trash bin instead the mailroom and left with the package and claimed he left it in the mailroom whilist he had all the time to drop
it in feont of my door. Tried to get reach of speedx courier but it wasn't fruitful they dont have a contact number just an robot online correspondence that really broke my heart apart

Great quality and have lots of space! Traveling became easier and comfortable. Loved the rolltop. I strongly recommend this backpack to business travelers.

The product is amazing and very well designed. The faq section does say that “most” products contain a usb port for access to power banks but the one I ordered didn’t, that was a bit confusing. The shipping took way to long, but was nice of the company to send a gift as an apology
