This company has awful customer service and refuses to honor a refund for a gift that I purchased, the recipient did not prefer the design, and the item remains unused and in its original condition. So now this company refuses to give me my money back and I have a bag that I can’t use. It’s bad business and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this company if you are not 100% sure you want this product - you will be out of your money and they will ghost you.

Bought backpacks for our family holiday and will no doubt be buying again. We bought the Vanguard and the Chimera, both of which are amazing. Customer service was also very helpful. Highly recommend

Item received after 15 days , no communication and reply to my email from customer service.

Too heavy and not comfortable to carry, especially with a heavy laptop.

The main compartment is large but poorly designed—it has no proper organizational sections, just a small zip pocket. All your items get mixed up, so you waste time digging through to find essentials like your charger, headset, or mouse.

The laptop sleeve at the back is very narrow. If you try to fit a notebook alongside your laptop, zipping it becomes difficult. Also, the bottom compartment isn’t suitable for fragile items, as there’s little protection and a high risk of damage.

Overall, the bag is overpriced and not worth the money.

No communication about my order and it didn't turn up, had to put in several website requests before someone came back to me saying they couldn't despatch the order, gave no reasons why and when asking for a refund I'm getting no response.
