⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company.
My order never arrived, even though the tracking showed it as delivered. I contacted the local post office and tried to resolve the issue, but the package was nowhere to be found.
I contacted Baltic Peptides, and initially they told me they would investigate the situation with the courier. After that, they twice promised to resend my package, this time using a different courier (DPD). I waited for the shipment and tracking number, but nothing was ever sent.
They have now stopped responding to my emails altogether. It has been around two weeks since they first promised to resend the package, and I still have neither the order nor a refund.
The biggest problem is not even the lost package, but the broken promises, lack of communication, and failure to resolve the issue.
Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

The parcel has arrived with a delay.
The parcel has not arrived. Despite repeated contact with customer service, there has been no resolution. Contact is only by email, and only sporadically, with no concrete details or solution to the problem.
Edit: The parcel arrived with a delay. Quality was checked with Janoshik Laboratory, which confirmed the purity.

Never received order
Never received a confirmation of order. Was later provided with shipment tracking information, but package got lost and was promised a new order, however got blocked when asked about the order over a month later and never received anything. Payment looks like a card payment upon website, but is a transfer so you are not covered by anything.

Everything was as expected with the products, but i paid 20€for express shipping, which was told to be with the client within 2-3 workingdays. It took 5 working days, split by a weekend, so it didn't get herefter untill day 7.

Meine Erfahrung mit Baltic Peptides war leider sehr enttäuschend.
Ich hatte eine Bestellung bezahlt und zusätzlich für einen schnellen Versand bezahlt. Später erhielt ich zwar eine Sendungsnummer, die Ware wurde jedoch nicht tatsächlich versendet.
Besonders enttäuschend war für mich die Kommunikation: Ich habe dem Unternehmen insgesamt vier E-Mails geschrieben und auf keine einzige davon eine Antwort erhalten.
Da ich keine Lösung direkt mit dem Verkäufer erreichen konnte, musste ich mich schließlich an PayPal wenden. Der Fall wurde zu meinen Gunsten entschieden und die vollständige Zahlung von 356,66 € wurde zurückerstattet.
Ich kann nur meine persönliche Erfahrung schildern, aber aufgrund der fehlenden Kommunikation und der Probleme mit dem Versand war diese leider sehr negativ.
