Great product and it works, fast delivery 🥰 Thanks a lot

I placed an order with Baltic Peptides on September 11th for nearly €600 with delivery to Belgium. Despite their website claiming "same-day shipping," my package was only dispatched 4 days later. To make matters worse, they selected DPD, which is notoriously unreliable in Belgium.
Knowing I was leaving the country for 3 weeks, I immediately sent two urgent messages to alert their customer support that the package might fail to deliver on time and get returned, creating unnecessary issues. I received absolutely no response.
It was only after my third "Urgent" message—where I explicitly warned them that I would file a dispute and initiate a chargeback via my Revolut online shopping protection—that they finally replied. Their only solution was a generic statement saying they would refund me if the package is returned to them.
I have used 7 other peptide suppliers in the past, and every single one has been exemplary compared to this experience. For a €600 order, the lack of communication and poor logistical management is unacceptable - business is risky and stressful. I will not be ordering from them again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for better customer service.

I purchased MOTS-C, retatrutide, and GHK-Cu from your company and am writing to request a full refund for all three products.

The retatrutide has produced no noticeable effect or appetite suppression, even after increasing the dose. This raises serious concerns about its authenticity and whether it contains the stated amount of active ingredient.

The effects of MOTS-C and GHK-Cu are less readily observable, so I cannot independently assess their quality or potency. However, my experience with the retatrutide has undermined my confidence in all three products, and I no longer feel comfortable using them.

Fast, cheap, good quality - nothing more to wish for.

Over two weeks since I ordered, parcel is been stopped in Poland for over a week. Trying to contact them and however at the begining they were really helpful no reply is been given for the las six days.
This is second time ordering with them, and even though first one was a good experience, this second time seems that there's no follow up and I will never get what I paid for

Ordered 2 items, paid for express shipping of 2-3 days, package was delayed longer than 14 days and I sent a refund request, didn't receive any response. The policy is clearly just for show.
