Ordered 2 of the balmy drums. 2 hours later found out the parents had purchased them. I tried to cancel (2 hours) . No phone # to call. Sent email to support. They did not get back to me.
When they finally got back to me (by email), they said order had shipped, but when they arrived, I could request an Rma # to return.
Got a notification from UPS yesterday that they had been delivered. I did not receive any package! Ups said I had to contact the shipper. I did. They are not responding!
Do not order from them!

The website was easy to use. The instrument came as ordered in a timely manner and my grandson loves playing it. The rest of the family also uses it and everyone likes the peacefulness it produces.

Coste: carísimo. Con posterioridad he comprobado que viene de China y he encontrado modelos por el 10% de lo que pagué (Temu).
Esto lo apunto porque en la web en ningún momento mencionan que sea un producto chino.
La empresa “parece” ser de California.

Tras 1 mes de espera solo recibo correos promocionales ( para que siga comprando) pero nada sobre el seguimiento. Escribo y me responden “ que van a informarse “.
Hasta aquí llegó. No se fíen. Me salió por instagram y creí en su fiabilidad.

Gave these 2 drums to our grandsons for an early Christmas gift. They loved them and played music all afternoon. Even their father took some time playing songs. A great family gift!

Bought as a Christmas present so haven't tried it yet but looking forward to. Beautifully packaged.

I ordered the balmy drum direct from the supplier thinking it was the safest option as it was a gift. The promised delivery time (all over their website and the order funnel) is 5-7 business days. My order confirmation is dated 9 November and it is now 4 December. Multiple complaints haven’t resulted in anything at all. Today I received an email from them with a tracking number to say it takes between “17-22” days to be delivered but I should expect delays?? The order appears to have been shipped only on 2 December - what unbelievably bad service. I have requested a refund, let’s see if they keep their promise of a full refund for return within 30 days or if this is also a lie. What a huge disappointment and such a waste of time, energy and (lots of) money.

Sound is so pleasing and relaxing. I enjoy the many songs in the song book which makes a beginner not feel like a beginner. Great construction and sturdy. Unbelievable but, I do sleep much better at night and I fall asleep so easily now.

For $200 this drum is poor quality and comes with cheap looking stickers - you can by exactly the same thing from other sellers for $20

Love the sound and experimenting with tunes using the booklet.

Package arrived very nicely and very quickly. Bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas and I was concerned that I wouldn't get it in time but it exceeded my shipping arrival.

The drum I ordered was better than I imagined (the 15 note version) & came with a brilliant carry case too! It was all very well packaged to reach me in perfect condition. The song book that came with it is a great idea - I'm currently learning to play Game of Thrones! I also ordered the stand for the drum & I find that really useful, so highly recommend getting that too.
I am very happy with it & at some point, will purchase another one so the children can play along with me too!

Exactly what I ordered, looks lovely and sounds great bought for my Granddaughter for her birthday in December, can let you know how she gets on with it but Iam really sure she will love it

It arrived in perfect condition because it was packaged securely. The additional drumstick tops and enclosed information are a great addition. We have enjoyed the calming, soothing sounds. The case makes it easy to carry around everywhere. Great product!

sounds amazing and arrived promptly

Lovely instrument for many different uses and settings. The Pro Balmy drum arrived quickly in perfect shape--very well packed with all the implements. I began to explore it immediately and sent a video drum tune to a relative for their birthday celebration. Unique musical experience for all who choose it!

In general I am satified with the product altough I was sorry to realise that not all of the keys are perfectly ín tune.
I use it at school during my Music lessons. Kids love it and slowly they even get to understand how it works. I wish I had more of them!

The communication from start to finish was excellent. Delivery of my drum was in good timing and I could see where my drum was at all times. The drum package itself was wonderful. I love the colouring on my drum. It was just like the photos. The sound of my drum is awesome too. It has a beautiful ring and resonance to it. I would have liked slightly larger mallets made of a slightly heavier rubber but these ones work ok. I would also have preferred a black or blue bag as this white one is going to be impossible to keep clean. The quality of the bag however is great. It will protect my drum really well. Overall I Love my drum and haved Loved my overall experience with the Balmy Company. I feel I can totally trust them to deliver good quality at a fair price. Will most probably purchase more from them in the future either for myself or as gifts for others. Thank You Balmy
