Balinaro Arvostelua

Great products and excellent, attentive customer service. Highly recommend.

I start by saying that I have never found trousers that fit me so well! I have bought several different colours and I use them daily. The quality of them is great and they are lasting well. Customer service responds fast, ordering is easy and I have not had any single issue with sizing and delivering!

ordered the 3rd time now and cant stop buying from balinaro. my favourite feature is the stretch. great quality and great delivery service.

These Noa pants from Balinaro are amazing!! Got them in 4 colors now!

Excellent quality and modern designs.

What impressed me even more was BALINARO's outstanding customer service. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping their customers. They handled my issue quickly and efficiently and were always willing to find a solution.

I highly recommend BALINARO for both the quality of their products and the excellent support they provide.

I contacted Balinaro via Instagram before making a purchase because I wanted clarification on a few details about their product. As a potential customer, I expected helpful and professional responses. Unfortunately, the communication I received was surprisingly rude and dismissive.
I was simply trying to make an informed purchasing decision, yet my questions seemed to be treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a customer. I've dealt with many companies over the years, and this was one of the most unpleasant pre-sales experiences I've encountered.
Good customer service starts long before a sale is made, and based on my experience, Balinaro fell far below the standard I would expect from a business selling to UK customers. As a result, I chose not to proceed with my purchase.
Very disappointing experience, and I would be hesitant to recommend this company based on the way I was treated. And on top they blocked me on Instagram. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If pre-sales service is so bad then post sales will be worst!

Ordered 4pack of swim shorts for holiday a week ago thinking they would be here in good time for my holiday which is in a weeks time. Cost just over £100, which if the quality was as shown would be fine. Have emailed company on 2 separate occasions to ask them to dispatch asap, but no replies and the stock is supposedly just sat there. 2 weeks delivery in this day and age is laughable. Plus no communication is unacceptable also. My suggestion is to spend your hard earned elsewhere as honestly and transparency re stock and delivery times is not on this companies agenda!!

Perfect trousers, perfect service and also a free gift.
Just like it!!!

I ordered 2 pants to see the quality and it's just perfect. It's light, enjoyable to wear like sweat pants, but the material is really nice. So I ordered 3 more cause it's exactly what I was looking for and what I expected. 👏☺️ Thank you !! 🙏

I’ve spent an insane amount of time looking for stretchy chinos. I’ve ordered more and tried more than I wanted too. This was the first time that I found exactly what I’m looking for. They’re perfect size, feel, fit, and the right colors (that’s been an issue too). A lot of companies want to do this. This one does it right. If you’re looking for stretchy chinos, there’s no other place to look
