This company's founder would be ashamed of what it's become. Your products are ugly and outrageously overpriced. Anyone who buys your products is a small minded person. The only kind of people that I imagine would buy this 💩 is people like Jaden Smith. wealthy, uncultured people that follow trends.

So I have 2 pairs one lace up and one full knit, the full knit ones i have worn a handy full of times and they have gone all bobley this is the reply ( how can you miss use a pair of shoes when they have hardly been worn)

pictures provided and we regret to inform you that the pointed out issue (bubbled fabric) is considered as caused due to improper use and unfortunately shoes cannot be repaired. Please note material is quite deformed, fabric has lots of peeling and is quite consume, shoes shoe several signs of misuse'.
Load of rubbish not good customer service not good shoes for the amount of money paid it's discusting

How can they say that without asking for the shoes back, if they looked at the soles you can see they haven't been worn much at all. Not happy

Azienda decisamente poco seria con prodotti e assistenza scadenti. Ho regalato a mia sorella borsa city per euro 2.350=. Dopo 3 settimane la borsa risultava deteriorata in diversi punti. Sono andata in negozio chiedendo la sostituzione dell'articolo ovviamente fallato, mi è stato detto che non erano responsabili per come io tratto le borse. Morale della favola: borsa acquistata il 22 di LUGLIO mandata in riparazione 1° SETTEMBRE borsa riconsegnata il 18 DICEMBRE. Di questa marca non comprò mai più' nulla.

If i see someone wear balenciaga, i know that it's a person not worth talking to.
A moron. Balenciaga waders, balenciaga romeo loafers.. some of the, maybe even THE ugliest products ive seen in my life.

You couldve chosen to give to charity (because obviously you have plenty of money, and you choose to waste it) and buy normal shoes for a normal price but nope, you have to walk around with basically price tags still attached to your clothes to feel better than others.
This is not respectable behaviour.
It is disgusting and completely tasteless.
At this point youre just being a bad person.

The fact that they also sell heavily ripped jeans and shoes (paris) for thousands is beyond me.
The fact that people WASTE their money on it is even crazier, i would've never thought people would stoop so low to buy garbage for top dollar.
How is this not an insult to poor people? It's like your parodying homeless people.

THE WORST BRAND EVER. I purchased shoes and only worn it for 6 months when they fell apart. I reached out to customer service and they refused to repair it because the damage is due to use . What are we paying high quality price for when they products are so cheaply made that they fall apart due to a normal wear . Complete garbage. Save your money and choose a different brand to spend your hard earned money on

Bought a bag used it twice and it needed a repair. Took four weeks to respond to my email. Customer service was abrupt, unhelpful and lied. No replacement or refund and now I have to wait weeks for it to arrive assesses, repaired and returned. They could not care less and its about what is best for them and not the customer. So disrespectful and caused a great deal of stress and upset. The worst company EVER.

I was having trouble getting my defective Balenciaga bag repaired through Netaporter (I originally purchased the bag through them) and Emmanuel from Balenciaga's customer service team helped me to make it happen. He went above and beyond to chase down the right people for me and he was super responsive throughout the whole process. Tip top customer service that I've not experienced anywhere else!

Ho acquistato un marsupio fucsia L anno scorso .
Molto particolare e poco versatile, utilizzato per questo motivo , due volte contate .
Il pellame ha iniziato a squamarsi ovunque.
È stato difficilissimo contattare l assistenza e organizzarsi per il ritiro del prodotto per il ripristino .
L assistenza clienti è davvero mal gestita , poco disponibili e non cordiali .
Dopo varie peripezie hanno ritirato il prodotto con ovviamente e giustamente il ripristino a carico mio ( perché il prodotto non risultava più in garanzia )
Dopo 45 giorni e su mio sollecito mi avvisano che il marsupio è da buttare perché nn aggiustabile .
Veramente pessimi in tutto

Ein 3 Monate altes Shirt weist eindeutige Qualitätsmangel auf. Auf meine Reklamation folgend kam eine Ablehnung eben dieser, mit dem Hinweis darüber, das diese ja alle über eine exzellenten Qualitätsservice verfügen und es somit nur die Schuld des Endkunden sein kann. Geltendes Recht (Gewährleistung, Beweislast Verkäufer) wird bewusst ignoriert und der Client Service hat eine sich selbst überschätzende Attitüde. Macht einen großen Bogen um Balenciaga und wenn nicht, dann legt euch eine Rechtsschutzversicherung zu und stellt euch, im Schadensfall, auf Eskalationen ein.

The fact that y’all stole a clothing line that was not yours is down right unethical. What happen to morals, and having dignity. The Nologo brand is not yours Balenciaga!!! How dare you take the name and put it on clothing . The rightfully owners - Turquoise Love-Brown & Kennedy Brown trademarked it!!! We will fight with them as they fight to have what rightfully belongs to them. And y’all Nologo items look cheap and like trash! You really should be ashamed of stealing from small business owners!

J’ai acheté un sac en boutique, il n’a pas duré 6 mois. La qualité est catastrophique. On attendrait ça d’un sac d’une marque de fast fashion et non c’est un sac à plus de 1000€. C’est un scandale.
Le SAV est également une vaste arnaque. Le sac a été envoyé en réparation en Italie : ils estiment que c’est de l’usure naturelle (en 6 mois ?) je dois donc payer les réparations. J’accepte à contrecœur et après plus de 6 mois en Italie, il m’ait rendu et toutes les réparations n’ont pas été faites ! C’est une honte pour une marque qui se dit de luxe. À éviter complètement pour ne pas balancer son argent par les fenêtres.

Qualità imbarazzante

I have always been a fan of Balenciaga, but I'm seriously questioning their quality now. My husband bought a pair of their Speed Sock shoes, and after just over a year, the sole started coming off on one of them, and they began squeaking when he walked. It’s pretty embarrassing. When he contacted their customer service, they simply directed him back to the store where he made the purchase.

When he went to the store, the response was shocking. The store manager, Duy Tring, at the Valley Fair location in San Jose, California, basically told him that it’s normal for the shoes to wear out if they’re worn frequently and then subtly dismissed him without offering any real help. To make matters worse, another sales associate blatantly ignored him when he asked for further assistance and instead attended to a new customer who had just walked in. It was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue.

No clue why the total star rating is that low, but my experience at one of stores in Amsterdam was exceptional. Picked up my 3XL shoes there and will be certainly be back for more items!
