I am shocked with the lies and way they kept taking my money then not giving me the service absolutely shocking how they have 4.8 stars because they say there was misunderstanding but we spoked both english and Arabic completely fine and they just liars and scams not giving me my money straight away when they refused my service

I would say to everyone be careful what you get yourself into as they can be very manipulative And wasting time

I had the worst experience of my life with this clinic. First, they'll be super friendly until you make the first payment before they put their hands on you, which is always more than half, then you will discover their true colors. They will make you wait for several hours (at least 5 hours) to use you as a display to impress new patients, they will agree with you on something and do something else, they will steal your money without any shame, and the worst of all they claim to have doctors with at least 10 years of experience while they have youngsters who don't even make the effort to explain to you what they're doing or what you need. My advice to anyone who truly care about honesty, quality and wellbeing is to stay away and be safe. If you decide to go with this clinic, please make sure you count every penny and you get a detailed invoice before you start anything with them, and do not pay until they are done because when they scam you do not expect police presence or justice. This place is corrupted in every way possible and you don't know who is behind them. I had to call the tourism police and the 112 for several times and I was asked to wait repeatedly but no police showed after 3 hours of wait. This place is full of liars, scammers, unprofessionals, and heartless people.
If I could rate them minus ten I would. Btw, I tried to speak to Dr. Dogan before I tried calling the police but she didn't even care to give me a minute of her time. Remember thatthey won't care about you anymore once you pay them.
PLEEEEEEAAAASE BE CAREFUL WITH THEM AND STAY AWAY.

🇬🇧 Public Warning – My Personal Experience with This Clinic (2023–2024)

I was invited to this clinic with promises of legal employment, a proper contract, payment, and support like meals and transportation. However, these promises were not kept. The information given during the interview was misleading.

Instead, I faced exploitation, emotional pressure, threats, and abandonment.

During my time there, I experienced:

🚨 1. Psychological pressure at work

I was subjected to verbal and emotional abuse, including being pressured about religious beliefs during working hours. When I focused on my tasks, I was accused of laziness and met with shouting.

🚨 2. Unethical and unprofessional behavior

I witnessed staff dividing patient payments among themselves and dismissing patients who couldn’t pay. Complaints from patients were ignored or discouraged. When I asked questions to understand the work better, I was yelled at for “wasting time” and “costing money.”

🚨 3. Violation of medical standards

Untrained staff performed X-rays, interpreted results, and created treatment plans without proper medical qualifications.

⚠️ 4. Threats after speaking up

After filing official complaints and posting a truthful review, I received repeated threats via phone and messages, demanding that I remove my review. I was warned of legal consequences for speaking publicly.

Similar threats were made to other staff and patients who shared negative feedback. Some of these reviews remain visible on public platforms.

I have also contacted the Consulate in Istanbul and the Embassy of Ukraine in Ankara to inform them about the actions of this clinic and the harm it causes people. I am sharing my experience widely in Facebook groups and other social media. I will not stay silent!

This experience should not remain hidden. If you are a foreigner considering work or treatment here, please be cautious. My story is not unique, and it could happen to you.

They are the worse people I have seen in my lifetime
This is original review I had and they promised me they would cover the costs for me to go back and fix my teeth, I booked my ticket sent them all information and they just ignored me…
“Stay away from this clinic, I had crowns done in February and I’m experiencing nightmare, my gums are infected, the teeth and my gums have 2-5 mm gap in between
I can’t eat anything not even a soup, my bottom teeth are sensitive on cold and hot
They give me a quote for 28 crowns and I have 26, on my left side 14 teeth on my right 12, Transport in the price, but I had to catch taxi every day sometimes twice and I had to pay for it, I pay for my own hotel and stayed 9 days and still couldn’t get my teeth done, When I asked the dentist why I have gap and my teeth are sensitive “he said that’s because it’s still fresh
Nothing is sterile, the receptionist was taking the digital impression of my gums,
Do your research before you go there, all instagram clients are actually the staff who works there, and the stupid me,
Stay away from them, honestly “they ruin my gums and my life, my breath smells from the food it gets between the gums and crowns, If you already there, don’t pay them till the end and you’re 100 % happy
My bottom teeth are wider than my top teeth, my bite is like miserable, actually my life is miserable,
I went to dentist here in Australia, they were shocked how bad the job was done,
If I can give them 0 i would, but it’s only stars”

Tydzień temu po raz drugi odwiedziłam klinikę dr.Bahar Dogan .Na moich Implantatach zamontowano korony cyrkonowe. Było kilka komplikacji, ale dzięki umiejętnościom i cierpliwości mojego młodego dentysty wszystko poszło gładko. Moja tłumaczka, Elnaz zrobiła wszystko, co w jej mocy, aby ułatwić mi leczenie. Dziękuję za wszystko.

Après deux années de recherche, nous sommes mon mari et moi même enfin tombés sur la bonne clinique et tout cela grâce à notre premier interlocuteur YANIS SULTAN ce dernier nous a immédiatement mis en confiance, et que dire de notre arrivée à l'aeroport, une limousine nous attendait devant la porte, direction vers la clinique, tout le monde a été formidable, les premiers soins ont été faits dès le premier jour avant même d'aller à l'hôtel !
Quand à l'hôtel Radison blu il n'y a absolument rien à dire, tout était parfait !
Au final Après une semaine les soins sont terminés et le résultat est tout simplement magnifique.
Merci à la clinique Bahar Dogan, je la recommande vivement.
