I can’t fully review the clinic yet since the long-term results of the implants will take time, but I wanted to specifically recognize Aaron for the incredible support he provided throughout the entire process.

My father traveled alone to Istanbul for treatment, is older, and speaks only Macedonian, Bulgarian, and basic Russian, so communication could have easily become very stressful. There were also a few unexpected issues along the way, including treatment plan changes and transportation problems. Through all of it, Aaron was constantly available, patient, caring, and trustworthy. He kept me informed about every detail, explained everything clearly, answered questions at all hours, and genuinely made us feel supported and safe during the entire experience.

Honestly, no matter how good the doctors may be, we likely would never have chosen this clinic if it wasn’t for Aaron. His professionalism, compassion, and dedication made all the difference for our family. Thank you, Aaron, for truly going above and beyond.

First off- if you are sitting on the fence about getting any kind of smile makeover, I would strongly advise to reconsider (regardless of the clinic you choose). I got convinced to get 20 Emax Ivoclar veneers (which I later found out to be crowns) on my previous perfectly healthy teeth, and although they look nice, I wouldn't do it knowing what I know today.

My original teeth were completely healthy, no cavities, very low maintenance, but only worn down because of bruxism. When I first entered the clinic, I came with the intention of only getting information. I met with Asiye hm, a very friendly and approachable 'health consultant ' (not doctor), I told her that I didn't want anything irreversible, but unfortunately after a detailed explanation of how what I wanted was not a feasible long-term solution, and hence it would be a waste of money for me, she mentioned the benefits of the ivoclar emax, about how it would have a warranty of 15 years, about how only a "tiny bit" of enamel is shaven off, but that the benefits definitely outweigh the downfalls, etc. After hearing her out and when it was time for me to leave, she closed the door, stood in front of it, and said "I've explained all there is to know, there is no need to visit other dentists to get further opinions, how about we start your procedure also with a first down payment?" I was shocked and continued to tell her that I needed to think about this, that I would decide later, that I would be afraid to regret the decision, that I didn't want this, etc etc, but unfortunately after what felt like an eternity I felt obligated to make a down payment if I wanted to leave without being fully certain about my decision. Although this is 100% my fault, she continued to mention how I would NOT regret it, how everyone is comfortably getting it done with such ease, etc. Unfortunately I fell for it and alas also decided to get it done. Today, although the aesthetics of the teeth are pretty nice, they really did a good job on the aesthetics and they really do look real (which is why I gave a score), I still have feelings of regret because during their presentation, they minimize how traumatic the actual experience is of seeing your natural, healthy enamel teeth shaved off and then putting in various trials, and finally, the final version. They also minimize the excruciating pain, the sleepless nights of agony, the incapacity to eat anything properly without food getting stuck inside, and the stress of the regret / embarrassment about how I let this happen to me. During the first 2 weeks, I started taking antidepressants and sleeping pills, along with the painkillers, something I never did before in my life. Now this is my personal story, and although if you ask me my opinion, I will 100% tell you to keep your natural teeth (unless they're really bad) because you will be forever compromising your natural teeth moving on, but if you actually want to get them, this clinic will do a good job-, the staff are friendly and helpful, the dentists are good, they have their own laboratory downstairs to prepare the teeth, and they will especially do a pristine job on the esthetics of the teeth.

Honestly, at this point, I just want my health back, and to remove myself from the anxiety this treatment has caused.

I had an excellent experience with Bahar Doğan and her team. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt safe, welcoming, and very well organized. The entire team works with great coordination, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

As someone who has dental phobia and past trauma, I truly appreciated their patience, kindness, and understanding. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and never rushed the process. Their customer service is outstanding, and they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially those who feel anxious about dental visits.

I was recommended this place from a "friend" who works with them here in Norway, had to pay 750 euro in deposit to her. I trusted her because she helped me with an other treatment in Istanbul.

Worst clinic from the dental treatment, to service all over. 10 years warranty is completely bulls***!! Only to get costumers... I was there in late november, as soon as i got my veneers, i saw that my front tooth had discoloration, and the fitting was poorly done. I also got the wrong color. I had to go to new place and pay and do it all over again. Because of their bad work my gums were so infected and bleeding. While my front tooth was turning more and more gray, showing symptoms of nerve damage because of lacking prep work..They also forced me to make a video for them to say how happy i was, and i said no at least 10 times. They followed me and would not take no for an answer. And posted it without my permission. They take no accountability what so ever, and try to blame the pasient. They never gave me the paperwork they promised over email. No receipt no nothing.

After complaining they told me the swelling in my gums were hormonal changes and i could buy a cream to fix the problem😂

After my new dentist wrote that this was completely wrong and told them the problem they said they would check with the dentist who did my teeth, and i never heard back from them. My so called "friend" also stopped replying me after we wrote a complaint. Probably because she knew they would do this.

This clinic is amazing. I had a very positive experience with everything.

It's a shame, the clinic and reception are good, as are the treatments, but BEWARE!!! They offer a lifetime guarantee that doesn't exist! I had a tooth crack after 5 months! I warned them and they're no longer responding!!! You'll be blacklisted... So, false advertising regarding the guarantee and nonexistent customer support...
