Glad I found this website. It allowed me to design the product exactly as I wanted it, it was dispatched quickly and is great quality.

I ordered three neck scarves - they were all great. Then I ordered two custom dresses, $130AUD each, a S and an XL. These dresses took an unusually long time to arrive, possibly a courier fault rather than the company. Once the dresses arrived the prints were great quality. The fabric was very light, flimsy almost, but okish. The sewing was not great, with the hole for the wrap around barely visible. I could have lived with that. However, the sizing is way off. The S is very snug on me, usually an AUS 6/8 (I'm 160cm high), the dress fit more like a long top. The XL had no chance of fitting my mother, usually an AUS 12-14. The XL fits me ok at least if I wear a top underneath. Still, $260 out for two dresses that aren't really wearable. Customer support seemed helpful initially, with promises of getting the pattern sizing checked, until 4 weeks later I realised I still have no answer on whether there's a remake or a refund coming. I have assumed not. Very disappointed and I won't be buying from here again.

The tapestry lay out is ok wish it would show pic clearer. But I'm not checking out paying £6 postage for something that would cost £2 to send its nakung the item to expensive. Sorry but I'd want all the embroidery threads included for that price. Pic doesn't look bet quality either. For what they want I might aswell by the beading version which will be a hell of a project but way higher quality

Utterly impossible to get in touch with these people. TRASH customer service. I sent them an email. NOTHING in response. I sent them a chat message, still NOTHING in response.

Bought a photo puzzle for my dad and his wife's wedding anniversary. I also paid extra for the photo tin for the puzzle. My dad passed away only four days before this so it holds even more sentimental value. When the puzzle arrived in the photo tin, it arrived with no protective packaging other than a film sleeve over the tin inside a cardboard box. Due to the lack of inner protection the tin had been dented during transit.
I contacted customer services email and have been back and forth evidencing the damage for 4 days now. Ashkat has since decided that a 10% refund (£3 odd) is a sensible "good will" gesture! All I have asked for is the £37 worth of puzzle and photo tin to be intact and in good condition! I only want the tin replaced as it's dented and they've decided that £3 should cut it. Or I could have the percentage off repurchasing again to replace the damaged tin I purchased. Absolutely avoid!!
I've used bags of love previously for photo blankets etc but I won't be using them again!!!!!

Update: they did offer a percentage off but after the review, they did replace the tin. I have altered my rating accordingly. It was a long stressful process and I had to keep chasing but they did replace it eventually.

Order two custom basketball jerseys, the online tool was easy to use. they were a bit delayed in delivery time but to ensure quality was at to their standard. they did inform me and in the end came just in time. the quality is amazing, and the presents were received well. Good company with great results. I recommend and will use them again in the near future. thanks!

Do YOU want custom printed apparel? Not those ones with just a graphic on the front within a square location (though those can be cool), but printed across the entire piece?

The quality is incredible, their design maker is easy to use whilst being very involved if you need such a thing, and the preview you get is basically exactly the product you'll get. Shipping is quick and the service is immaculate. I have not shut up about this to my friends for weeks

Brilliant! I had a canvas print of a photo made. Excellent quality and my order was processed and delivered within a few days. So pleased with it that I ordered another one. Great to support a local U.K. business. Much easier and quicker than other companies who are mostly based abroad. 100% recommend Bags of Love.

I received the kind help I needed and was delighted with the quality of the cushions when they arrived. The picture was so real our puppy barked so much because he thought it was a new playmate! Would certainly order again.

I am extremely disappointed with this company who have refused to refund me after a glitch on their website charged me double.

Firstly, I spent 2 hours trying to personalize an item after the images kept jumping around. I would have left it there and then but the item was advertised as good quality and in comparison to other sites, the item was exactly what I wanted. I'm used to editing and spend most of my time on the screen.

After getting an actual headache doing this, I went through the processes of paying. I got to the end and paid, however it erased everything and took me right back to the homepage. I was absolutely baffled and exhausted, having to go through the design and payment process all over again.

I submitted a complaint a few days later, I'm unsure of what date because I went through the website and I can't find a receipt or they didn't send one.

After receiving no reply I decided to ring. The operative was civil and listened. She told me that she would *try* to get a refund but because two orders had gone through that it was basically unlikely. There was no real acknowledgement of the glitch, she didn't ask how it happened or for further details.

Personally speaking as an operative it's their responsibility to make a full investigation, because if this is happening to other customers as well due to site issues, that would be unfair. I found it concerning that she showed no concern at all? The main focus was the money but I knew by the way she said "I can *try* to get you a refund that it was mute.

On 19/7 I then got a short blanket email informing me of no refund but an offer of 20% the next order with them.

I certainly wouldn't be spending .....more money with them? Not sure why they'd think that. I was really disappointed but not surprised.

I feel like an apology and refund is the solution here, and an investigation over why the website did this, as it was not my fault, and it's very upsetting to have hard earned money taken from you.

Ordered a custom towel at the beginning of the week and it arrived by the end of the week. The contact/updates from the company were excellent and the quality of the product is amazing. Thoroughly recommend and have already pointed others in this direction. Would happily order more items.

I’ve just received my order (3194752) and I’m extremely disappointed. The colours are nothing like what was shown online — instead of being bright and white, the print is dull and looks like it has a sepia tone filter over it. It’s completely different from what was advertised.

For the high price I paid, I expected much better quality. The final product looks cheap and poorly printed, and I honestly feel misled. I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

I'm really pleased with the custom tea towels I ordered. I phoned the team twice for advice while ordering, and they even contacted me about something I hadn't thought of. They seemed to really care about how the product turned out.and it turned out really well!

I ordered two hoodies and a T-shirt for my workplace, and what we received was completely unacceptable. The T-shirt arrived stained with what looks like black shoe polish, and both hoodies were discoloured with strange dye marks, white blotches, and streaks throughout. We spent nearly £190 on items that are entirely unusable.

The products we received look nothing like the images advertised on their website – a complete misrepresentation and, frankly, a scam. Customer service offered a mere 25% refund, which is insulting given the condition of the items. Since providing photographic evidence (including comparison images from their own website), they’ve stopped responding altogether and have even blocked me on their chat.

What’s most disappointing is that I had previously ordered from this company and had a positive experience, which makes this all the more shocking. Sadly, it seems their quality and service have gone completely downhill. I wouldn’t be surprised if they go bust if this continues. Steer well clear – absolutely disgraceful.

First time using Bags of Love - ordered two personalised T shirts and a tea towel. I thought their prices were on the high side, but then the products arrived (very quickly) and the quality is superb. I ordered a personalised T shirt from a different company before which was cheaper but the material was itchy and cheap. The T-shirts from Bags of Love are super comfortable. Very impressed with the company, thanks.

Excellent service and products better than expected - very impressed!!

I bought 3 x Print then Make T-Shirts with different designs - I knew some of my images were low res and small white text on black background - I expected the text to fill in a bit as it wasnt sharp to start with - but the print quality was exceptional and the text remained readable. - WOW!

I was involved in litho printing for nearly 20 years and always accepted that print on fabric was nowhere near the level of quality you could achieve on paper - colours on fabric used to appear faded and the resolution due I guess to "bleed" made small text difficult to read - But . . . It seems those issue are a thing of the past and the print quality on fabric BagsOfLove have achieved would make a litho press envious.

On top of that the quality of the fabric and neatness of the stitching make these t-shirts feel top quality. They were only bought for a laugh - a few fun gifts - but now I must design some garments for myself!

Even the turnaround speed was excellent I - mentioned that date I needed them by which I considered to be a tight deadline for such a customised product (and 3 of them) but they arrived earlier than expected.

What can I say? Impressed with the print quality, impressed with the Garment quality and impressed with the service!

It would be hard to offer any suggested improvements but . . . I wish they had included a handful of business cards or flyers in the delivery for me to hand out as I know anyone who sees these t-shirts are going to ask where I got them. But no worries I will be happy to point them to BagsOfLove!!!
