The design and finished product was fantastic. Unfortunately the extremely slow manufacturing resulted in the 2 products I ordered arriving after the event I required them for them which was a huge shame.

Updating this review following some really helpful engagement from Yash at Bags of Love. I initially left a negative review as I was disappointed with the pyjama bottoms material I ordered. Yash got in touch with me and did everything they could to resolve the situation, offering various solutions to see what worked. In the end I repeated my order switching to the recycled polyester and I'm really pleased with the outcome.

5 stars for the product (the design looks fab) and 5 stars for the excellent customer service!

My tip for anyone considering buying the pyjamas - the recycled polyester feels like typical pyjama bottoms material, so I'd pick that one!

Ordered a canvass very close to christmas cut off, in fact Friday 19th, at about 5pm. It arrived on the 22nd. Im almost sure it wasnt even supposed to arrive in time, but they made sure it did. Quality superb aswell. Really really made our christmas. thankyou.

Orderd my gift way too close to Christmas for my liking but low and behold it arrived in less than 48 hours, the very next day in fact. Super impressed. Quality great too. Thanks.

I ordered three items and one set of cards came with three different prints and the head cut off.
I emailed the image along with a preview of the design showing that it was correct. I was told I was wrong.

The customer service is bad. The first woman was shouting down the phone and I pointed out her conduct was poor. The second said he would call back and never did. Then after calling he was simply rude and put the phone down whilst I tried to explain.
Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Very poor!

I got a number of baubles, but the online preview was smaller than on screen. I complained and they just offered a 15% discount which was disappointing. I also noticed they ask for reviews and then do not publish on the site if negative.

Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable response times. Despite explicitly requesting a full refund, the customer service representative ignored my request and instead chose to expedite delivery without my consent. The personalised item still did not arrive on time. I asked for an immediate full refund as originally requested which they have refused!

Delivery was quick and the print quality itself is good. However, the product is not a fleece blanket in any meaningful sense. The material feels like a thin felt rather than fleece and does not provide the softness, warmth, or comfort you would reasonably expect.

The product description is therefore misleading, as the item supplied does not match what most customers would understand a fleece blanket to be. Because it is personalised, I’m unable to return it, leaving me stuck with a product that isn’t as described.

I have given two stars solely for delivery speed and print quality, but deducted the remaining three stars due to the material. At this price point, the cost would be reasonable for genuine fleece, but for this material, it feels significantly overpriced.

Overall, I am hugely disappointed — particularly as this was purchased as a Christmas present.

Having spoken to BOL, the site was a tad confusing, but I had actually ordered the wrong item than what I thought. In the end, customer service was great and resolved the issue to my satisfaction, and I received the correct item well in advance of Christmas. Therefore, I have uplifted the rating to 5 as a large part of this was due to my error.

Advice is just be sure you are ordering what you think you are.

Very satisfied with the picture blanket. The website is easy to navigate given my IT skills. Great customer service. Would recommend.

I ordered from these in the past, I was very happy with the design so I ordered again, this time on a different material as the original was too synthetically smooth. The colours were faded and the hues were completely off. I provided them with images of the faulty product and also images of my original design/order as additional evidence. The ignorant lady I spoke to “Riddhi”, deflected my complaints, ignored my responses and made it all about the comparison to the old product I ordered. If a change as simple as fabric would negatively affect the outcome that badly, why wouldn’t they make the preview image reflect this?

Loved the personalised Christmas Bauble, it was easy to design and order. It was quick to arrive and was well wrapped, and in a lovely soft silk bag, the bauble is a high quality product. Its going to make a lovely Chrismas gift 🙂

Ordered 3 custom christmas baubles of my recently passes pet. Ordered Sunday night, recieved Tuesday. The quality was amazing and can't fault the service.

I ordered a photo tin for my son’s 21st birthday. I have previously ordered and been happy with 3 other photo tins. However on this occasion I found the software clunky, especially when trying to arrange photos on the tin lid. The main issue though is that while during the design process there were no flags raised about blank areas and there was nothing obvious to see on the preview, when the tin arrived, instead of the photo montage wrapping around the entire tin, as would be expected, and as per my previous tins, there were 2 vertical blank white strips, one with only 1 photo on and 1 with nothing at all. This is clearly not something I would have consciously designed. When I raised this issue with Contrado, who own Bags of Love, I was repeatedly told that there was no issue with the printing and they had printed the design perfectly. I would obviously never have consciously designed a tin with significant flaws, as this tin has, but Contrado won’t accept responsibility and one of their responses described themselves as a printing company. They are still, however responsible for the design software. As a supposed gesture of goodwill they are offering me 10% off the cost, around £3! Sadly I won’t be using Bags of Love again.

So impressed with this company! Ordered a personalised glass worktop saver. It arrived in 3 days and the quality is fantastic. So thrilled. Thank you…just amazing service

Ordered men's pajama pants. I uploaded 10 pictures to be added to the pants. I had to play around with it for awhile before I was satisfied with the placement. I received my order in about a week. I was so impressed with what I received. They turned out way better than I expected. My husband is going to love them!! I saw someone post a concern about the remote area charge. For me, the pants were sent from England to California for total shipping cost of $14 (which includes the remote area charge). I think for the quality of the product I received, in the short amount of time I received it & where I received it from, the shipping charge is reasonable.

It’s the quality, it’s really wonderful. I uploaded a very special photo to make a tote bag, tea towel and mug as memorial gifts and they did not disappoint, indeed, they exceeded my expectations both in the quality of the reproduction and the quality of the materials used. I was inspired by the tote bags at the National Gallery featuring works of art. The one Bags of Love made for me is much better and also the design is unique! I also ordered some art prints of different sizes from A4 to A2. I could also custom size because I wanted 40cm x40cm. They created exactly what I designed and they produced and sent them to me extremely promptly. I shall be ordering more of my unique designs as gifts this Christmas.
Individually, the items might seem expensive at first, but if you order multiple items, it generates a discount which makes each item much more economical, indeed amazingly priced for bespoke pieces. I always come back to Bags of Love if I want something done properly. Thank you Bags of Love.

This is the same company as photo blanket that don't get a good review on here not shore if I will use them

I ordered thank you post cards for my guests who brought me cards and presents for my wedding. I needed them next day delivery ordered in time and even had confirmation on chat this was on the Monday, fast forward to the Tuesday no delivery contact the company who said they forgot and would dispatch it however it was too late as I would be travelling overseas on the Wednesday. Really disappointing that they couldn’t deliver what they say they can.

This is the umpteen time of using this company and they NEVER cease to impress! Wonderful quality at a great price! Can't rate highly enough !
