Barcelona baggage - not easy, not recommended
Pros: cost seemed ok, flexible at pick-up (we arrived an hour early), and bag was ultimately delivered to our cruise ship.
Cons: 1) internet request for service was lost - I never got a confirmation email even though I was charged. This was resolved by a series of not consistently responded to messages on What’s App and email. 2) Delivery was later than requested. We had a noon request for delivery. All onboard was at 5. Luggage arrived after 5 but before we left port. We spent 2 hours working on looking for and not finding luggage onboard since Bags and Go insisted it was delivered. After many unanswered phone calls, hung up calls, and What’sApp messages that the luggage was not onboard I messaged that we would report a scam. That resulted in a phone call from an angry man. He was very unprofessional, aggressive and insistent. Ultimately, after the luggage did finally arrive, he called me back and insisted on me giving him an apology for claiming that his service was a scam when in fact it obviously wasn’t.
In short, I would not use the service again, and I would recommend if your luggage is late that you’re very aggressive about reaching out as soon as possible. We were told by the cruise ship personnel helping us (who used to be in the police), that if we hadn’t called and threatened to report a scam that our luggage would never have arrived.
Note: having read previous reviews we used a lock on our luggage. I think that was a good decision in hindsight.
