I purchased a pre-loved Chanel bag from Bagista. The photos on the website were very clear. The payment process was smooth (with payment an options built-in). I had a query and used the WhatsApp contact on the website, my query was replied quickly and clearly.
The delivery was swift .
The bag arrived in perfect condition with wrappings to protect the bag.
I deducted one star is because it doesn’t come with a dust bag. If Bagista can provide their own brand dust bag (if no original dust bag came with the bag), it would be 5 stars. As ultimately , all the pre-loved bags are still not cheap.
