Had an issue with a subscription I didn’t know I signed up for. The team helped me resolve it immediately and noted they will be refunding th amount taken out.

Someone posted a link on Facebook to purchase a first aid kit through a special Walgreens survey.
Being a senior citizen, I though the $9.99 price would be a safe investment and then to get a second one for half price for my local makerspace was even a better deal.
You take the survey and it then takes you to the purchase page for the first aid kit. You complete form and pay. It then asks if you would like to add a second kit for half price! Yes I'd like that!
SURPRISE!
Instead of getting a receipt for the 2 kits I received a confirmation for membership for bag2wear and another confirmation for partyboxy.com membership for over $37+ - OVER $53 IN TOTAL!
I wanted the first aid kits but nothing else and did not want to join any clubs.
Then on top of that they sent me a charge of an additional $8.99.
Now to get a refund I have to file a POSITIVE review and submit a screenshot. Not happening.
I let my credit card company handle the fraud.
Now they keep asking me to change my review, not hardly. They made this whole ordeal a nightmare and I want others to be aware of it.

I was mistakenly charged a fee for a membership upon writing them a email and explaining my situation they rectified the mistake and reimbursed me,Edith helped me with this matter great customer service.
