I joined this site through a deceptive and misleading fake link that falsely appeared to represent another platform, when in fact it redirected me here. After signing up, they activated a membership without my knowledge or consent and continuously deducted money from me.
I have submitted multiple complaints regarding this issue, yet instead of resolving it, I keep receiving empty promises from different representatives via email, each claiming that my refund will be processed soon. It has now been over two months, and despite all these assurances, no refund has been issued.
Today, the Medium Emerald and Escalation Team contacted me once again with the same promise that my refund will be processed. At this point, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of action and professionalism.
If they finally honor their commitment and refund my money, I will appreciate it—but until then, my experience has been highly unsatisfactory and concerning.

Se dan tantas vueltas para llegar a lo mismo NO HAY NINGUNA DEVOLUCIÓN DEL DINERO. Para variar piden que ponga una excelente reseña y a cambio de eso según ellos van a devolverme el dinero.

They have charged my card multiple times without my permission and they have taken forever to process my refunds. They just keep giving me the run around and then request i do a review in order for them to proceed with processing my refund for money they should never have taken.

Prompt response for resolving cancellation.

It has been over a month and my refund hasn’t been paid.

The below is an email from bag2wear employee that was sent to me in the 19th of February 2026 asking that for my refund to be paid over I need to delete my initial review. Happy reading:

Received an email. It said After carefully reviewing everything, I have approved crediting the charged amount back to the same account you used for your purchase. This is an exception made specifically for your situation, as I wanted to ensure you are completely satisfied with the resolution. Today paypal notified me that the seller never refunded me so they closed the case. Never do business with these people.

Edited: Since I posted this I have received 4 emails, all saying I will be refunded once I verufy info. I have not been refunded yet. This is what they say every time: Our Payments Department is ready to finalize your refund, and we just need a brief confirmation from your side that everything on your end is settled so we can close the case smoothly.

edit 2: Got this email today. This makes 4 emails stating basically the same thing.

So they have no intention of refunding me. BEWARE!

Update: They are still stating they are going to refund the money however I have not seen movement on my end to support that. They are emailing me at least once a day asking me to remove this review. It's quite annoying. I told them I will remove the review once the refund is processed in my account.
I did not approve this website to charge my card. I didnt even know it existed until the charge popped up. Emily said she was going to refund the money, so hopefully with posting this (not umprompted) review she will.
