If I could give 0 stars I would! I purchased a 3 piece dining set which they said was in stock and I should be contacted within 48 hours. Well it's been almost 3 weeks and I have not heard from anyone at the company. I have spent hours calling, wait hours without speaking to anyone. I sent several emails after leaving voicemail with no response. At this point I just want my money returned to my credit card. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY.

I ordered a sofa set on December 24th of 2021 and I still don't know when exactly I am going to receive it. I should have checked the review before making any purchases from this rude company. It takes at least 30 min wait to talk to a customer service representative. And finally when you talk to them they keep saying that it will be shipped in two weeks, but not it has been 3 months. The representatives are very rude and they just hang up on me. I did not swear or curse them, I just wanted to know if I could cancel it! But even canceling is impossible!!!!! They say I can purchase a different item with same prize.!!!!!

I can confidently say that this is a fraudulent company engaging in criminally fraudulent activity in an attempt to rescue themselves out of a financially difficult system. Do not even consider dealing with these scammers - run away and protect your dollars.

Side note: have your EVER seen a company on here with 100% one star ratings?

Do not even think to buy anything from them. I placed an order online on October 10th, 2021. Waited until beginning of February, 2022 - no delivery. It took me a drive to local store to have refund.

4 months I've been waiting for a stupid fridge, these guys really are the worst crooks going. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Still haven't received my dining room chest purchased last August. Why show items on store display that you don't have? For everyone else, see consumer protection right for non-delivery of goods or services. If you haven't received the order within 30 days of expected date, call your bank and file a chargeback. First go to store and request a written proof of refund, if they give you one, they have 15 days to process a refund back to original form of payment or you can call your bank and file a chargeback. Don't deal with this company.

First, I wish I could give this business a -10 star rating. They are nothing but bloody liars. They'll take your money and make empty promises they'll never fulfil. My greatest mistake was not checking for reviews before making purchase with them. And even worse, their customer service is garbage they even scream at you for asking for your order.

I paid in full for a dinning set on December 27th 2021 and was told the deliver would be within the second week of January 2022. Third week of January no show so I deceive to check in. I was told the order was in the way will will be delivered the following week (third week).
Today is February 1 2022, I called again and this rude lady won't listen to my grievances and kept screaming and putting me on hold. She won't let me speak to a manager or tell me how to process a refund.

IF YOU WORKED FOR YOUR MONEY, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This company is a joke order a table and chairs in December was told table out of stock will be in end of January called now being told middle of February ordered 2 sets of 2 chairs only 2 chairs came called again what’s going on with my order still can’t get a straight answer purchase payed in full but no products how is this criminal action allowed to go on stay away from this company I will never have anything to do with this joke of a company again

Garbage! After searching on their site for a garage ready freezer, I was given a couple of options. I choose one where in the comments it said garage ready. Once ordered, I downloaded the owners manual to make sure I was going to set it up correctly only to find out this model operated with an ambient temp of 0 degrees or more. Certainly not garage ready for Canadian winters so I cancelled the order before delivery. I’ve been calling to get the refund, when I reach someone they transfer me to a manager who never picks up. I have left numerous messages that haven’t been returned. I have given them until the end of the week to return my call or I will dispute the charge with my bank.

Unfortunately I bought a TV the television didn'tturn on at all black screen so I decidedto exchange it I didn'twant a refundI justwanteda a TV that works. 3 hours after buying the television they said I cannot exchange it for one that works I have to call the manufacturer to fix it " why would I do that I just left your store with this product please give me what I paid for". This person said why wouldn't you buy it from an electronic store this is a furniture store.
After calling the manufacturer they said that they have a 24 hour return policy that they should honor. Not Bad Boys.
Days away from Christmas my gift from husband is useless. I am so disappointed with the run around this company has given me I shouldn't have to do this they got their payment why can't I get my product or a product that works. I feel like someone stole from me.
Please please do not waste your money or time going to this awful place, this is the worst experience I have ever encountered from an establishment.

The worst company to do business with. Ordered a tv in September and they have been toying with with me up to now promising delivery and still no tv. It is now December 18. Appalling. The manager is rude and blames us for it when they forgot to put our order in and arrange a delivery multiple times. Finally requested a refund - let’s see how many months it will take for that to be processed. Will never buy anything from them and DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

We ordered a built in oven online & were promised delivery. It never arrived, they took our funds right away. Huge runaround to get to the bottom of things, finally said our delivery area was outside the range. They never told us this beforehand. Save yourself the aggravation by cancelling the charge on your credit card. It will be disputed & they cannot get paid if you never received the item. Do not understand why or how they can still be in business, taking people's money & not delivering is criminal.

Wow…after reading the many complaints here, I see that scamming people is Lastman’s Bad Boy’s business model.

They SCAM people by never delivering the product you have paid for, and never providing the refund. It make me sick.

We ordered a dishwasher in September 2021 during one of Bad Boy’s big sales. Delivery date came and went. Was promised delivery Oct 6. Came and went. It became clear that they had no idea when they could fulfill delivery.

This, to me, is fraud. Companies can’t advertise big sales on products they don’t have, and for which they can’t identify a delivery date, and then refuse to refund the payment.

After many attempts to resolve either delivery or a refund with various Bad Boy customer service reps, one finally agreed to provide a full refund. I have it confirmed by email (see pic) that the refund was to be provided within 5-10 business days. The time has long passed. I tried to get through again to customer service, only to be told my refund was refused.

This awful company charged my credit card and did not deliver the product. Isn’t that called THEFT? I hate to think of all of the other people they’ve scammed.

I finally ordered a new dishwasher from Costco and had it delivered within 2 weeks. I’m still fighting for my refund and have requested to fight this through my credit card company since Bad Boy now refuses to respond to my email (below) in which they confirmed what I had been assured on the phone - that I would receive a full refund.

This company’s practice is disgraceful. Never ever be tempted by their “sales”…you’ll never get the product, or your money back.

Like so many other reviews here....Ordered a product they adverstised as in stock when it wasn't. Requested a refund. Told the refund had to be Approved and would take 10 days ---unheard of. Time passes, no refund. Don't return email requests to clear up matter. Impossible to get on phone. Two months and counting trying to resolve.....Update: Resolved with full refund after 65 days but only after working the issue directly with PayPal. Never heard from BadBoy during that dispute process.

Terrible business to deal with. Would never purchase from them again. Chair came with a wooden leg with a clean crack all the way to the top of leg. Been 5 months and countless calls/emails/tickets and store literally won't respond.

Our washing machine died. Went on line to find a replacement that was in stock. Ordered from Bad Boy as it was advertised as IN STOCK. Said to wait 24 to 48 hours before a confirmation would be sent out with delivery date. NOTHING after order placed. Called and was informed machine was not in stock and timeline was unsure. Asked for a refund, but they tried to sell me a different model. I said no thanks and after MULTIPLE calls finally got a refund after 4 weeks. They take the payment right away and make you wait a month for a refund! Never again Bad Boy!

Rental home - they replaced the fridge. It failed. Replaced with another fridge of same type.
Left us a mess of stryo and plastic to clean up and the fridge in pieces to put together.
Junk products and terrible delivery service

Worst customer service ever! October 2020 I bought a sectional and was told that it will be delivered with 6-8 weeks. I did not mind waiting as I wanted the order for Christmas. Every time I call to check I was told I will get it before Christmas. Just promises and no action, the order was finally delivered May 2021. Since they claim it was due to COVID I forgive and let it go.
This September 2021 I bought a love seat and was told it will be available within 6-8 weeks again. On November 03 I decided to call to follow-up and was told they cannot find my order. After insisting, they told me they no longer sell that sofa. I was never informed of this. I told them I need a refund and would like to speak with a manager. Today is November 04 and have not heard from the manager as yet. I called them 3 times for today already and was told that the manager is with a customer and he will get back to me.

My daughter bought a new bed for me. We?returned the box spring and asked for a?refund....we 3 months later no refund. You cant even call NO ONE ANSWERS..OR RETURNS EMAILS. I wish i could give them a lower score. They talk about customer service. Thats a JOKE.They only care about making money.. Why the opened an ottawa store is beyond me. Never going there again. I hope no body ever shops there and they go out of business.

The worst customer service ever. I bought a loveseat a year ago. 8 months later the cushion of one of the armrests caved in and one of the pivoting footrest cable broke. Having read the reviews, I didn't even try to complain about the defective armrest. And after an epic 4-month battle I got the cable replacement only last week. The average time on hold for the customer service is one hour and they simply do not reply to e-mails.
