Tried delivering to the wrong address
Tried delivering to the wrong address. Now need to pick up from a collection point. Parcel addressed to number 3. Our address as per the order is nearer 100 than 1.

I am sorry that you had an issue with the delivery, unfortunately we can only control couriers to a certain extent, if you had contacted our customer services we could of sorted this out for you. But i hope that you experience with Bacofoil and not DPD was good.

Fast reliable service with good quality the first order received from them it was exact size of delivery box unfortunately the second pack was small order delivery cartoon was large also they put extra papers just close this gap they could send the same size order for think climate

Great product but poor delivery…
The product is great as always and the service was also very good.
Delivery was not good. DPD sent a message with a time slot then a few minutes later sent a message saying 'sorry that our driver missed you'. At that time I was stood at the front window and no one had tried to deliver at all. Very frustrating as that meant that I was without the foil over a weekend when it was required. Had to purchase from local shop! Not happy!
