Brilliant service delivery

The delivery was fast and I was kept informed throughout the waiting time. I could easily communicate with personnel about my purchase. When the first product delivered was faulty, I was thoroughly helped to return and it was replaced for me very easily. This is my best purchase in a while. I am particularly pleased with their response team. Such committed lots. The product itself is just what I expected, sleek, efficient and very effective.

Excellent from start to finish

Excellent customer service for a start with a personalised email! I'm just getting started with the laptop but it seems decent so far! Like a brand new one so fingers crossed I don't have any issues. The delivery speed was excellent and I also received a code so my quick delivery cost me nothing. Would highly recommend this company.

Very good products I would recommend…

Very good products I would recommend giving this place try out.
I bought a 27"monitor for my pc and it's perfect for what I needed, I'm that impressed with it I ended up buying another one the same so I can duel monitor my pc.
Also good value for the money thanks guys

I purchased a refurbished HP Laptop…

I purchased a refurbished HP Laptop from Back to the Office.
It arrived well packaged and looked brand new. All in perfect working order.
In addition to this, I initially made a mistake on my order and I emailed the business at about 8pm to inform them.
I expected to hear back from them the next day, however they got back to me the same evening and the issue was promptly rectified.
I will certainly be purchasing from them again.

Great Service

I needed a new printer and looked online and discovered these guys, and the service has been great - I placed my order and it was received within in 2 days. Now all up and running - Thank you a very stress free purchase.

Fantastic Service

I recently ordered a powerbank for my Dad. Fantastic service. Updates were reliable and prompt and the product was delivered the next day by DPD. Pricing was also very competitive.
