Katastrophe. Ich habe 2 Kleider letztes Jahr im November bestellt. Die Qualität ist dermaßen schlecht... Stoff wie vom Kinder Karneval Kostüm. Eins haben wir Trotzdem behalten und zum Schneider gebracht, Stoff übernähen lassen, da der Schnitt gut war, hat letzten Endes viel Geld gekostet und wurde trotzdem nicht getragen. Das andere nach viel Aufwand endlich zurück senden dürfen, 3x über Paypal eine Rechnung Anforderung gestellt, die 100€ bis heute nicht zurück bekommen. Was ein Betrugs laden. 😡

Absolutely terrible customer service and dressmaking. I ordered a dress and it looked somewhat like the advertised pictures but way way way too big. I emailed the company asking for either a full refund or an exchange in sizes and they refused. We were in a back and forth email war. They said that they don’t refund customised sizes but I did not customise my dress, I chose a size from the options provided, according to my size as I followed the size chart to be exactly my measurements. When it came it was about 3-4 sizes too big. As they would not refund or exchange my dress I went to get it tailored to get it smaller (more money to be spent) but not even they could do anything as it was too big. I do not recommend this company as they are scammers and only want your hard earned money. Helping a sis out x

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP!! PURCHASED A DRESS AND WHEN I RECEIVED WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AS WELL AS THE COLOR THAT WAS CHOSEN. PURCHASED THE DRESS IN BLUSH PINK AND WHAT I RECEIVED WAS A BUBBLEGUM PINK, VERY UGLY. THE MATERIAL WAS LIKE A THICK FISH NET, FELT AWFUL. REACHED OUT AND EXPLAINED MY THOUGHTS AND ASKED TO HAVE IT RETURNED AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS "IF MY EVENT WAS SO SPECIAL I SHOULD HAVE MADE A BETTER CHOICE" AFTER A RETURN WAS NOT MENTIONED AND THEY FAILED TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME FURTHER, THEY HAVE IGNORED ALL EMAILS AFTER. I DID DISPUTE THIS WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND NOW HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING TO RETURN BACK TO CHINA TO GET MY REFUND. THESE PPL ARE A FRAUD. ITS BETTER TO JUST PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING. BUY FROM A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY, NOT ONE THAT IS TRYING TO SCAM YOU. BEWARE!!!

Habe da vor 3 Jahren ein Kleid gekauft. Bis heute habe ich weder dieses Kleid gesehen, noch das Geld das ich dafür bezahlt habe. Auf Nachrichten reagieren die nicht. Was das für eine Seite ist, kann man sich ja dann selbst ausmalen. Also falls ihr nicht scharf drauf seid, fast 300 Euro zu verlieren, würde ich raten nichts zu bestellen ;-)

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! IT'S A RIP OFF! My whole experience with this company has been awful!! We ordered a dress for my daughter's prom in mid March 2019. After waiting for weeks for it to arrive, I contacted the company because it was already 2 weeks after it was supposed to arrive. It took another 2 weeks to get here. We opened the package to find that the zipper in the back of the dress, the stitching was coming out as it was improperly sewn. I contacted the Babyonlinedress customer service and they said we needed to send them pictures of my daughter in the dress for them to do anything. The zipper was also broken! it arrived unzipped and we couldn't get it to zip. So I sent the pictures. By this time, it was too late to get the dress fixed so we purchased a different dress elsewhere and have no use for this dress. I am trying to get at least a partial refund which after over a month of emails, they promised to refund half. A few weeks went by and I still had not received my refund so I reached out and asked where it was. The company via Jasmine is now accusing us of ripping the dress and will not refund us unless we send the dress back and pay for postage! It is now the end of June almost 4 months after the dress was ordered and no refund. Terrible manufacturing, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The dress was really nice and fit well. In fact, I think I'm going to try a size smaller since it really was true to size. My only issue was that it is a true navy and is pretty dark. I'm looking for more of a dark color. I wish they had that. I think I'm going to try the cream color and dying it. The fit and look was wonderful.

This is the most amazing dress EVER! it's prettier than my wedding gown , no lie. LOL. I purchased it for family photos and Iwasso happy I did , my little one said I looked like a princess . I ordered a size 2W, it fit perfectly , I also loved that I don't need a bra with it the top has padded cups for you titties . If you're on the fence about this dress...... JUST BUY IT!

I had one of the worst shopping experiences ever with this online retailer. They sent the dress a week later, after my even was over, the color of the fabric was different than what was in the picture, and the size was off, not to mention the used the cheapest fabric possible to construct a dress. They refused to take the dress back and refund the money. They are untrustworthy unprofessional, and deceitful. Worst online retailer.

Ok. So I order my daughter's prom dress. I will tell you I was very scared to deal with this website no phone..and with them being in China and all over the world making these dresses🙈. But I must say I give custom measurements and they did a great job... I ordered big because I was unsure of the outcoming...and praying and emailing everyday sometimea 2xs a day.. But guess what my daughters dress arrived b4 the date giving. I waa reafing the reviews and hoping and praying they would do me right. We happy and I thank you.So much for her dress. I will order again if need be.

Horrible company, don’t purchase from them, they don’t answer their phones and no one speaks English. Brought 2 dresses and wanted to return one, they don’t have a return address and don’t answer their phone. Horrible, Horrible company.

My daughter (Marisa) ordered a dress at the beginning of April 2019, we are now May 21, 2019 and she still has not received her order. She is out $100 dollars and NO Dress!!!!! This is garbage service. Totally unacceptable. If I found out about this site , I would stop her. Be sure that I am sharing this !!!!!!

So after reading these reviews, i thought this website sounded too fishy and too good to be true. But, i took that chance and ordered a nice dress, i said why tf not. I did custom sizing and it arrived PERFECTLY to the point i was shocked. It was exactly like the picture and loveee the material (this dress was for my formal). The shipping took around 20 days to arrive and came in ziplock bag which js not bad, no dirt or anything. I’m glad it worked out well and they replied back to me quick or either the next day. I recommend this site if you are on a budget but still wanna look boujee. (sorry about my english).

I ordered the dress on 4/17 and payed for it to get here sooner. When I got the confirmation it said the dress would arrive 5/7. So I emailed them not even 24hrs asking for a refund. She guaranteed me that the dress would be here on the 1st. Had to go buy my daughter another dress the day before prom! When I asked for refund she stated that the dress was delivered on date of original date. They are scammers. Out of 200 dollars. Wish I could give them negative 5

If I can give them 0 starts I would !!!!! My prom is in two days in this dress ugly as hell ! It look NOTHING like the picture . They customer service is even worse ! Just don’t do it

Ordering from Online sites make me very nervous not being able to go into a store and see someone for help. However, company replied to me always in time they said they would and dress was received. It was so beautiful on my daughter for her prom. I will use company in the future. Just be sure to give yourself enough time in between your event.

They are scammers my daughter ordered a dress or her upcoming prom standard size and the dress looks cheap and came falling apart and don’t fit. She been trying to get a return label to send it back and they are refusing to send her O’Neal’s saying she ordered custom fit which wasn’t the case.

I have ordered three times for photoshoot dresses and have had good experiences each time!
