I was very disappointed with this site. Ordered my daughter dress 3/30th was told it would be shipped on the 25th of April (why a whole month idk) was called on the 24th about running out of fabric. Then had the nerve to try and put CHEAPER FABRIC on the dress on April 24th and gone ask am I ok with that? GTFOH then wait 15 days before a refund..I don’t think so!! BAD BUBUSINESS,UNPROFESSIONAL, DON’T DO IT!!

Ordered a dress 4/3 for my daughters prom 5/3 I asked first if I would get it in time and they said if I paid an extra $40 the dress would be made in 8-10 days and shipped express 3-5 days so I went ahead ordered it and paid the extra money it is now 4/30 my order says ship date 4/16 I have sent countless emails which I get the same answer will ship as soon as possible finally after a few emails saying i need to know when I would get it they said it would ship 5/6! 3 days after prom have asked to be refunded the extra $40
At least since it wasn’t expedited at all but get no reply’s now!

It was a great website . I ordered my dress and at first I was a little nervous so I emailed them for confirmation and they responded very quickly . My dress was amazing and perfect . It stood out to everyone . I got it custom fit and it was like a glove . It was the best choice I could’ve made and i don’t regret buying from this website .

Habe gerade so Schwierigkeiten. Ware ist mega zu spät, dazu haben sie nicht mal auf meine Mails geantwortet, bis ich Paypal darüber informiert habe. Dann wollten sie mich hinhalten, vonwegen das Kleid wurde versendet. Jetzt antworten sie aber nur kurz und knapp solche Antworten wie "Aber ist schon verschickt" "Aber sie sollen das Kleid bekommen". Die versuchen nicht mal das ganze wieder gutzumachen sondern schreiben einfach nur frech. NIEEEEEEEEEEEE WIEDER.
Dann hat man nochmal den ganzen Stress, bis sich die Sache über Paypal klärt und man (vielleicht) nochmal sein Geld bekommt.

Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Auf der Seite sind zwar Rücksendungsbedingungen angegeben, aber selbst an diese halten sie sich nicht. Habe mir zwei Kleider in den Universalgrößen 34 und 36 bestellt. Im Endeffekt waren mir die Kleider 1. zu klein und sagen 2. nicht ansatzweise so aus, wie im Shop angegeben. Nach 4 wöchiger Diskussion, dass ich diese Kleider zurückschicken will und mein Geld gerne wieder hätte und ewig langen Ausreden, dass ICH die falsche Maße angegeben hätte, wobei ich überhaupt kein maßgeschneidertes Kleid bestellt habe, sitze ich nun auf 260€ für Kleider, die ich nicht tragen kann und zum gleichen Preis wohl auch nicht los werde.

Richtig schlecht. Man darf Kleider nicht stornieren. Bevor das Kleid überhaupt los geschickt wurde, habe ich gesagt ich möchte das Kleid nicht mehr haben. Die meinten nach langer Diskussion du kannst es zurück schicken, wenn es bei dir ist ( was eigentlich für beide Seiten mehr Arbeit ist) wo es dann da war Und man es zurück schicken will, wird einen immer gesagt, es wurde extra für einen angefertigt. Dabei bestellt man ganz normal zb Größe S. Das kann an jeden Kunden mit der Größe weiter verkauft werden. Zudem war das Kleid nicht wie auf dem Bild, was ich bestellt habe! Es war oben komplett durchsichtig. Als ich das abgegeben habe, wurde mir gesagt dass es kein Problem zum zurück schicken sei. Also echt nie wieder!! Überhaupt nicht Kundenfreundlich!!

The dress I ordered did not at all look like it was on the pictures. Quality was really bad!
But what made my consumer experience extremely terrible is the way how they handled my request to return the dress. They have absolutely horrible customer service. For my detailed email describing my problem with pictures they just wrote me back: “das ist schön”, later “Wenn Wir die Spitze auf dem Rock Addieren, dann wird es nicht schön, es wird Falten”. They do not accept my return request and stopped answering my emails. Phone they do not answer either.
This is a terrible company, I will even try to contact Verbraucherschutz.
