Finger weg!

Ich kann von diesem Unternehmen nur abraten! Das Dress ist völlig vermessen und falsch bei mir angekommen. Eine Rückgabe ist nicht möglich. Eine Fallauseinandersetzung bei Paypal hat zu einer Vergleichszahlung geführt, die bis heute nicht bezahlt wurde.

Seit 4. Wochen ist mein Brautkleid in Bearbeitungs Modus und keine Reaktionen auf Mails.

Babyonlinedress hat mein Kleid aus einem falschen Stoff hergestellt. Fehler können passieren, das ist nicht so schlimm. Was mich aber sehr verärgert ist, dass ich die Rücksendekosten von USD 60 selber bezahlen muss. Das finde ich eine Frechheit und überhaupt nicht Kundenfreundlich.

My experience was bad! I purchased a prom dress that was $290 for my daughter and she didn't like it. So I went to DHL to send it back. I paid DHL $130 to send it back to China. And what they did was they sent me back the dress so that they didn't have to give me a refund on the dress. I will never order from this site again!

Schade, dass ich die Rezension erst gelesen habe. Ich möchte das Brautkleid zurückschicken. Aber müsste es selber bezahlen! Unfreundliche Kundenservice!

If I could give no stars I would. The dress looks like a 7th grader's first attempt at sewing. Asked for a refund. Customer service is non-existent. You won't get your money back.

Verkeerde jurk ontvangen, geld kwijt! Reageren nergens op!!! Oplichters zijn het.

Ich warte über 20 Tagen meine Bestellungen. Die haben mir geschrieben, die werden Probleme lösen, bisher keine Lösung. Sehr schade, dass ich die Rezension hier später gelesen

Das Kleid war zu klein, es wurde ausgemacht, das ich es umtauschen kann, nicht nur dass das Porto sauteuer war, habe ich mein 2. Kleid nicht bekommen und das Geld habe ich auch NIE wieder gesehen. Tue schon eine Weile mit dieser Firma herum, jetzt haben sie mich blockiert. Ausser Spesen nichts gewesen 😪 Vorsicht vor dieser Firma!!!

Impossible de retourner une robe à 99,99 euros trop petite. Après 33 euros de frais d'envoi au Japon, et après 3 mois de silence malgré mes mails. Aucun remboursement et surprise, la robe m'est revenue en fin d'année. Elle me reste donc sur les bras! N'ACHETEZ PAS sur ce site

If there was negative stars, that is what I would give them. I purchased some tumblers from them through Dhgate. After agreeing on a price and a quantity I paid for the order. Once it was paid, Babyonlinedress contacted me and told me I had to pay 50% more or they would ship 30% less product. I told them neither was an option and I was told to cancel the order saying I didn't want them anymore. That was not true. I have a business to run and I gave my customer a price for a quantity and how long it would be. The whole process of ordering and getting credit cost me two weeks of production. I am sure they are rated by Dhgate and the reason they wanted me to put it that way would take the responsibility off them. This outfit is nothing but scammers. Save your time and money and buy somewhere else.

Vorsicht!!!!! Voller Betrug…. Habe 2 Kleider bestellt und hab für DHL bezahlt aber mit Hermes Versandt das erste Kleid nicht erhalten. Nur das 2. hab erhalten…. Jetzt ist er aber nicht bereit zu verstehen, dass ich das erste nicht erhalten habe und hat bestand darauf , dass ich es bekommen habe!!!!!!!…. Wollte eigentlich 3 Sterne zur Qualität geben , weil die Qualität wirklich Top 👍🏻 ist aber Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe …. Erst nach einem Monat hat er mir Sendungsnummer geschickt!!!!! Ich hab paar mal gefragt und nix bekommen… der Verkäufer ist nicht bereit mein Geld zurückzugeben und jedes Mal schickt Sendungsnummer und besteht darauf , dass ich es bekommen habe…Bitte bei der Webseite nix bestellen. Wenn man es nicht bekommt, gibt es keine Veranwortung !!!!

Ordered a large but it fit like a X-Large,it did look exactly like the photo,but the customer service help us to change it.

Robe très belle un peu longue pour ma taille 1m59 passe bien avec des talon une partie de la robe à traîner par terre en fin de soirée (j'étais à plat ) sur du gravier et de l'herbe la robe n'a aucun accrocs légère et agréable à porter

They sell what they don't stock....
I bought a car seat. After a week when I was expecting to get my tracking number of the postage, they sent me email that there is no stock wait for 3 weeks. Then after that they sent email that the color that I have chosen is not exists in Australia any more and asked if I am happy to change the color... I said ok, just send me a car seat...
Then they said again it will be delayed... it was when I asked for refund after around 1.5 month.....

Stoff und Verarbeitung des Kleides sind ohne Mangel, das Kleid ist auch von der Passform exakt. Die Spitze ist super weich und es ist sehr angenehm zu tragen. Würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen

Ich war ja sehr skeptisch ein Kleid über das Internet zu bestellen, aber ich wurde eines Besseren belehrt.Das Kleid ist qualitativ wirklich sehr gut verarbeitet, kleine Applikationen am Kleid sind wirklich sehr gut verarbeitet.

I was so sceptical ordering my wedding dress offline and for so cheap as well. But let me just say it was insane! Amazing and I felt like the most beautiful woman alive. I met my now husband at the alter and he was sobbing at the sight of me. Definitely recommend!

The dress I received was of good quality. The embroidery pattern is the same. the embroidery is of very good quality too. embroidery is also good attached to it. I bought the dress so inexpensive, while the same dress can be bought for over 888 euros.
