Terrible service - do not use

Delivery was a month. The website is ambiguous, these come from China, are mass produced baskets with the name not even sewn on, just some wool glued onto the basket.
Teddy is not good quality.
Make sure you find an independent business on etsy, not this rubbish, which was an error on my part.
The website definitely mis-sells this.

Just received my order… where do I begin.. ? Waited a lot longer than 7 days… when I checked tracking didn’t realise being shipped in from China. Spent over £100 on blankets, rompers etc. Delivery arrived In a grey plastic bag the size of my hand, opened to see what looked like had been on a hot wash. Everything creased and I mean creased to death. Quality absolutely awful and cheap. Chose the Rose option, hat doesn’t match the romper, different shade, the personalisation name on blanket and romper awful, name doesn’t sit right on front of romper.. I bought this as a gift and to be honest I would be embarrassed to give.. any ideas how to get deep creases out of wool????? Items nothing like the website

I placed an order for 2 medium baskets on Feb 26th. The website noted processing would take 3-5 days and shipping would be 7-14 days. On Mar 3rd I reached out to customer service because I still had not received shipping confirmation. I was told that processing was actually 5-10 days, not 3-5 as the website states. Total turnaround time was around 2-4 weeks. It is now Mar 23rd and I have still not received the baskets. Furthermore, they were not shipped until Mar 16th (13 days after I placed the order). What they don't tell you on the website is that this 'small business' is actually out of China and these baskets are shipped from there. So while they were shipped out on Mar 16th, they were only released from customs today, Mar 23rd (a full week later). After contacting customer service multiple times, they responded noting they are "a small business located in the Netherlands and their products are handmade in their production warehouse in Asia." Right. Complete lack of transparency and offered nothing to remediate for the extremely long wait time (that contradicts what their website claims). I would have never ordered from them had I known. Buyer beware. Do not use them. Use Etsy instead - actual small businesses.

Overpriced. Not great quality. Took nearly two months to arrive. Should be made clear that they’re not shipping from UK but from a low quality factory in China. Don’t buy.

I ordered from this company and they said 5-10 days for delivery! It’s been 20 days and not even been processed. Lies and lack of contact! Awaiting replies still!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered in November 2025. Told it had been delivered but was in New South Wales not UK! Kept being told it was on its way. It is now February 2026 and nothing also no communication. Scam company, stay away!

Ordered 6th December having checked it was still good for Christmas. It arrived 5th January. I have a bit of sympathy because of the time of year, but would have been good if they'd been morw honest.

More serious is that I am owed a refund for a second item that was cancelled. After 3 emails telling me it has been sent, there's no sign of it. The third email also conflicted with the first two. Next week I'll be initiating a chargeback through my bank.

Busy for Christmas, possibly, but be honest and do what you say.

Ordered item on 7th December 2025, hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas. It didn’t arrive, no big deal. However, today I got a notification saying the item was ‘ready for pickup’. I was perplexed as I had paid for fully tracked delivery to my home address, but decided to check the ‘pickup location’ in case there was an issue with delivering to my address. When I checked the pickup location, it is in China! And I paid for delivery to the UK. Currently awaiting response from supplier. Do not use. Joke company.

I ordered my basket for my granddaughters first Christmas the delivery said 5 to 10 days but it came a month later which was after Christmas so I was very disappointed and for this reason I wouldn’t order from them again
