We bought a bed-frame from here and a mattress from elsewhere. The frame is too small for the mattress. Baby-fair are claiming the issue lies with the mattress yet our mattress measures the same dimensions as the standard UK size ones they are selling on their website.
I think this is a minor problem compared to their atrocious customer service. I’ve been gaslit in nearly every communication. They will go months without responding to you if you aren’t on their backs, take no responsibility for errors on their part, the build instructions are apparently incorrect (or it’s just another diversion tactic) but will claim you’ve built the bed wrong despite following their instructions. This issue is still unresolved 7+ months down the line and I expect it will remain that way.

Update: we now have a solution to the issue. They provided a new headboard with reviewed dimensions, which I’d highlighted at the start of our communications. However, the rest of my review remains true and valid.
Update 2: I have been further contacted privately to “amend my review” and offered a goodwill gesture gift for my child. Feels a lot like bribery in an attempt to remove any negative comments from here.

Very poor mattress and very…
Very poor mattress and very uncomfortable. It's just cheap, even with extra mattress topper the mattress gives back aches. I would not recommend this even to my enemy 😒. Very bad quality mattress honestly. It's not even worth the money because it's not practical!

Awful company and service!
Why does nobody answer the phone?
I’ve paid £500 for a bed that physically cannot be assembled, and I’ve had no response via chat, email, or the phone. The lack of customer service is completely unacceptable.
I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the support I’ve received. I would not recommend buying from this company and certainly won’t be purchasing from here again.
UPDATE - they have finally contacted me and are taking no accountability or responsibly the bed is faulty. They have not offered any kind of solution. They have also blocked me from social media and deleted comments highlighting my issues to new prospective buyers

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, sent them an email and they were straight on to it. Changed it their end and sent the correct size mattresses with zero fuss. They even offered suggestions of other mattresses.
Responsive, helpful and super easy to communicate with. Won’t be going anywhere else now.
Delivery was super prompt, kept up to date with that also!
Mattresses ordered (3 total) were all super comfortable!
