Fantastic product
Fantastic product! I bought the Peg Perego 3 in 1 travel system for my twin grandchildren. It is so easy to use and a very high quality product. I can’t believe how easy and how clever this travel system is! I highly recommend it for all needs. We are now going to buy another set for our daughter to use. Long waiting for delivery
Ordered a pushchair on sunday May 10th. Asked whether the order has been fulfilled and they said yes on Wednesday however only received the dispatch email on friday. DPD didn’t get hands on it until Tuesday May 19th. No idea when was it dispatched and where was it till Tuesday. Arrived on Wednesday, 10 days later however the website says 3-5 working days which is misleading. So if you’re not ready to wait just order from somewhere else. Pushchair itself is okay

Huge shout out to Sarah who was very professional and so helpful in explaining that the car seat can come later in another package when we thought initially it was missing from the order. The car seat actually came 2 hours later. We love the travel system and are very happy customers!!!

I ordered a travel system some time…
I ordered a travel system some time ago, but a week after placing the order I was informed that the colour I had chosen was out of stock. I agreed to wait for it to be restocked. However, after having my baby earlier than expected, I then agreed to change to a different colour to speed things up.
I stayed in for two full days waiting for delivery, but the travel system never arrived. As I have two other children and needed to be able to get out, I had no choice but to purchase another pram at short notice.
Since then, I have made several attempts to contact the company to resolve the issue, but I have been completely ignored. I’ve even had to involve my bank, and they have also received no response.
What should have been a happy and special time was made unnecessarily stressful due to the lack of communication and poor service

Unfortunately, shortly after your order was placed, we were informed that the original colour you selected had become unavailable with the supplier. We appreciate your patience in agreeing first to wait for restock and later changing to an alternative colour to help speed up delivery following the early arrival of your baby.
However, we would like to clarify that the travel system was dispatched and delivered. We understand there may have been frustration surrounding the delivery timing and communication, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused, particularly while caring for a newborn and two other children.
We certainly would never intentionally ignore a customer, and we apologise if you felt unsupported while trying to contact us. We always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible and appreciate how important reliable communication is, especially for parents preparing for a new arrival. We shared the delivery information with you. This was delivered via DPD to your apartment building.
We’re sorry again that your experience did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide and wish you and your family all the very best.

The emails were very unprofessional , and reply's were short to the point of rudeness . The courier , DPD they use again shocking service , they said they couldn't gain access despite been in , three times I apparently wasn't in
They delivers to a pick up point and had to go pick the item up

We understand the delay and delivery issues were disappointing. In regard to the courier, we did attempt multiple times to have the parcel successfully delivered. Unfortunately, the delivery address provided was a commercial/business address rather than a residential one, which may have contributed to the access issues experienced by DPD.
We completely appreciate that having to collect the parcel from a pickup point was inconvenient, and we are sorry for this. While courier delivery issues can sometimes be outside of our direct control, we always try our best to work with both the customer and courier to get parcels delivered as quickly as possible.
We’re also sorry if our email communication came across as abrupt. That was certainly never our intention, and we appreciate the feedback regarding how this was perceived.
We genuinely value every customer and are sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.

Had a really great experience
Had a really great experience at this baby boutique when buying our pram. The shop has a lovely range and the staff were so friendly. Keeley was especially helpful — she took the time to show us all the different prams, explained the differences, and answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. All good in the end
My car seat took a while to arrive, far past the websites timescale. My car seat was being Sent from the manufacturer not the actual shop however I didn’t find this out until the day of delivery as wasn’t stated anywhere on the website . To begin with there was a lack of communication and I had no idea what was happening even tho the store had responded to my emails there wasn’t really any information to them. My car seat was ordered on the 26/01/26 and didn’t arrive until 5/02/26. I do think my experience would have been better if the communication was better. I am happy with the seat, and since talking with Sarah my experience has been better and more knowledgeable. She provided me help with making sure my seat was installed correctly. If my contact had come from her from the beginning my review would have more stars as she has been fantastic, and gave me a lot of information. Thankyou to Sarah for making a difference to my experience. I am overall happy now the experience towards the end but overall it has been quite stressful. Thankyou Sarah

We would like to clarify a few points for transparency. You have been in contact with our sales team via email, and we have replied to your messages to keep you updated. The Avionaut car seat you ordered is dispatched directly from the manufacturer’s UK warehouse rather than our showroom, which is why dispatch timing and tracking are issued by them.
We have been advised that your order has now left the warehouse and is due to be with you imminently. Occasionally, tracking details are released shortly after the parcel has physically left the depot, which can cause delays in receiving the tracking number — however, we are more than happy to chase this first thing in the morning if you would like to email us again.
If you need any help with delivery updates, tracking confirmation, or car seat fitting advice once it arrives, our team is here to help and will gladly assist.
