I love my new jewelry!

Nice products but service to be improved. Information regarding shipment are not clear at least on the French website and delivery time is so long. I do not even know who is supposed to proceed to delivery. Order placed on the 4th of December. Nothing received.

In een woord verschrikkelijk …
Mijn ervaring met deze winkel was helaas erg teleurstellend naar de laatste keer!De service viel enorm tegen, de communicatie was netjes gezegd zeer slecht en het product voldeed totaal niet aan de verwachtingen, iets kapot binnen krijgen en vervolgens je ermee laten zitten, omdat het sale was en het een tweede leven willen geven… Vinted is nog beter 😅na jaren lange klant geweest te zijn is mijn conclusie koop er nooit meer iets en je een 10 procent kortingsbon ter compensatie geven, echt schandalig! Uiteindelijk met moeite kunnen retourneren en de verzendkosten zelf moeten betalen… maar dan nog een goede week moeten wachten tot het verwerkt kon worden….mijn vertrouwen heb je volledig kwijtgeraakt en nog van een aantal mensen die graag wat kochten bij je! Ik ben niet snel boos, maar jouw handelswijze echt dat heeft mijn ogen geopend!
Op basis van mijn ervaring zou ik hier persoonlijk nooit meer iets kopen. Ik raad anderen aan om eerst goed rond te kijken bij alternatieven en waar je ook echt als klant wordt behandeld.

Dank je wel voor je bericht. We vinden het oprecht jammer om te lezen dat je onze service als teleurstellend hebt ervaren. In ons contact hebben we steeds geprobeerd mee te denken en passende oplossingen te bieden, en zijn we uiteindelijk volledig akkoord gegaan met je verzoek tot retour.
Omdat we het belangrijk vinden om items met hoge kortingen een tweede leven te geven, kwamen we in eerste instantie met alternatieve opties. Dat doen we altijd vanuit de beste intenties richting zowel onze klanten als ons duurzame beleid.
Ook willen we benadrukken dat we je persoonlijk nog hebben geprobeerd te bereiken om je verder te helpen, maar je helaas niet meer konden bereiken. Als klein team raken zulke woorden ons extra, omdat we Babs the Label met veel zorg, liefde en aandacht runnen.
De retourzending is verwerkt zodra onze administratie ermee verder kon, en het bedrag is inmiddels teruggestort.
Mocht je nog vragen hebben of als we iets kunnen doen om je ervaring te verbeteren, dan horen we dat natuurlijk graag.
