Don't purchase from them, they will send you something else!
I recently purchased a six-pack of the large tubs of Similac 30.2 oz from this company, but to my dismay, they sent me a completely different package consisting of nine smaller tubs of Similac. Not only did this alteration result in less formula, effectively providing me with one less bottle than what I had originally ordered and paid for, but it also showcased a blatant disregard for customer order.
Upon contacting their customer service department to address the issue, I was met with a rude and matter-of-fact tone. There was absolutely no apology offered, nor any acknowledgment of their mistake or accountability for unilaterally changing my order without my consent. It's disheartening to encounter such lackluster customer service and professionalism.
Needless to say, I will never be purchasing from them again. I've found that Amazon offers better prices and superior customer service. The only reason I opted for this purchase was due to Amazon's temporary unavailability of the product, a decision I now regret wholeheartedly.

Crooks
Crooks! I shipped the formula back as per their policies and after months of disputing I have finally been informed by my credit institution that "they cannot dispute any further." They did not begin processing my return immediately, thus forcing it outside of their 30-day window policy. According to their write-up, it is still pending. They do not have a working number and they do not answer their email. Avoid this company !

BUYER BEWARE if I could give it zero stars I would, I paid $180 for 4 cans of formula, the box came with only 2 I contacted them immediately upon opening the box and had to contact them multiple times to even get a response, and they will no longer respond so I’ll have to contact my credit card company because I need this money to actually buy the formula somewhere else!!!! SO DISAPPOINTING

If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered formula and got 1 can. The company doesn't have a phone number or won't email back. They lied and stated they sent 5 cans (which I paid for) and only sent one. I had and I am currently in a dispute with them

Buyer beware - complete scam. We should all ban together and take them down. They sent be baby formula with a broken seal and another one that was from CVS and clearly said “not for re-sale” someone should really consider going after them!
