STAY AWAY from this dishonest “company”. My formula order arrived in a completely different can quantity and ounce size, not to mention ALL NINE cans of formula expired within ONE MONTH. My son eats a lot but he can’t eat NINE CANS in one month!!! What Babies Nutrition fails to tell you is that the “deals” you’re getting are because all of the formula is close to expiration. A huge red flag that should’ve led me to believe this “company” was a scam is the fact that they don’t have a customer service phone number. All they have is an email address. I reached out in hopes of returning these useless close-to-expiration cans and getting a refund and CRICKETS. I have never heard back from this “company” and it has been weeks. I hope the BBB shuts these scam artists down soon!!!!!!!

I ordered the Organic Kendamil and received the non-organic. I emailed their support and received no response. I followed up three times and received no response.

I ordered four of the Kendamil Toddler Formula and I received four of the infant formula. I only see an email for contact and have emailed them 3 times now and no response. I should have read the reviews outside their webpage. That was my bad but if they really want to have a good business, they should reply and do good in what they did wrong. It is very disheartening as my daughter does not work (a mom of twins) and I am helping her by buying as this was the was the lowest price. I guess they just want more bad reviews. If they can do good in contacting me and replacing me with the correct order then I will update my review but now on 1 week of no response is will stay at one star... can't go any lower.

I ordered Similac Alimentum ready-to-feed jugs for my premature daughter and the company sent me cans. First, cans are not even listed inventory on their website. Second, the cans cannot seal like the jugs so they would lead to a lot of wasted formula (and my money). Third, they did NOT even try to same the correct number of ounces. For example, I received 96 ounces instead of 192 ounces. Most importantly, the company has not replied to any of my follow up notes to try to help make this better in ANY WAY. This is a scam, robbery, and please avoid this business who takes advantage of new parents!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO BE STRESSED. THEY GAVE A LOT OF HEADACHE. ORDERED 16 cans but only received 8. No reply, no apologies, no resolution.

Never received duocal, they never responded to my multiple inquiries, and I still have no resolution.

Always got my Earth's Best formula on time and the dates are always far in the future (like a year out). I honestly don't know what others are talking about on here. Fake formula? Are you kidding me? Who the hell makes fake baby formula? One time I ordered a larger size of cans and they sent the same amount in smaller cans. It wasn't that big of a deal, but otherwise fast shipping and saved a bit of money.

Emailed 3 times order 6 cans of chocolate pedicure received 4 and 2 strawberry and 2 of the chocolates were expired so ended up with only 2 can I could actually use.

I recently purchased six boxes of Similac NeoSure Infant Formula (Order #83337) from this retailer, expecting a product with a reasonable shelf life. However, I was disappointed to find that five of the boxes had an expiration date less than three months away.

Typically, when I buy this formula from Target or other retailers, the expiration date is much later (around November 2026). Concerned about the short shelf life, I reached out to customer service via email, requesting either an exchange for fresher stock or a partial refund. Unfortunately, I never received a response.

It's frustrating to receive near-expired infant formula, especially when better-dated stock is available elsewhere. The lack of customer support makes the experience even worse. I would caution other buyers to double-check expiration dates before purchasing and be prepared for poor customer service if issues arise.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

I bought $450 of formula from this company and they sent me less than half of what I paid for, it all expired that month, and they refuse to refund me. Avoid at all costs this company is a scam

This company scammed me out of $180 dollars. Avoid them if you care about your children.

Like other reviews, ordered 4 big cans and received 12 small cans instead. I received my order on 12/02/24 and all the cans expired 12/26/24.. leaving 24 days for my newborn to get through 12 cans. Sent three emails with no response, disputed on my card and they responded to the card company claiming I filed a refund request and that they sent me a label and that I am just trying to fraud the company…. There isn’t even an option to start a refund on their website.

I received wrong product and I have been waiting to return it for 3 weeks and they don't respond. Do not order here, it's a ghost store.

Like several other reviews, we ordered 6 large 1.86-pound cans of Similac Sensitive for our granddaughter, priced at a similar level to the local market. We received 12/ 12.5oz cans, leaving a shortage nearly equal to a large 1.86-pound can. The packing slip showed the size and quantity we had ordered, and there was no explanation of why it had not been shipped correctly. I sent Four detailed emails to the support email address on their website with only an AI response after the fourth time I reached out. There is no corporate phone number published. I find this company dishonest and unethical, I would advise everyone to refrain from doing business with them

I wish to give negative stars!
I ordered 8 cans of Enfamil, out of which 2 were damaged in transit.
When I checked the package it looks like fake and the packaging was cheap.
Upon contacting them they replied only once that they can’t take it back . After that they stopped responding.

I ordered one pack of Flonase around 30 September 2024. I didn't receive any shipments or hear anything for about a month. When I finally e-mailed the company on 21 October 2024, they apologized and sent out the order, which I received in late October-early November 2024. However, the Flonase had already expired in September 2024. Looking at other reviews of Babies Nutrition online, this is a regular occurrence. Do not order from this company, as they sell expired products for profit.

I got the order on time, but I ordered 6 cans of 29.8oz each. They sent me 6 cans of 12.5. I paid $200 which is cheap for 6 of the 29.8oz cans, but way more expensive than anywhere I have bought the same formula for 6 of the 12.5oz cans.

This place has horrible reviews already! They really need to change! I sent them an email, so hopefully they reply to my email

I receive my products from them every month. Never had an issue with them, overall good website experience.

Horrible company. I purchased Peptamen 1.5 Unflavored due to insurance issues that were quickly resolved. The companies website does not have a phone number so I e-mail them multiple times asking that the order be cancelled without a response.

They are not a professionally run company and should be avoided. There are many more reputable companies online that offer the same services.

Absolute scam. We paid for expedited shipping as we were only in America for a holiday and needed our babies formula. Got tracking immediately but it never updated. We got in contact with them immediately and asked them to cancel the order since it hadn’t shipped yet and they lied and said it had but tracking said otherwise. They avoided emails until we let them know we had flown home and demanded a refund or we’d dispute the charge on our credit card, they finally answered and shipped something but this was 2 1/2 weeks after ordering. Tried to get in touch about having my brother return the package on my behalf and there have been no answers. Don’t use this company.
