Straight forward experience!
Absolutely love the total lash mascara it’s the only mascara that dose not transfer on me and it’s lovely to have the option of black or brown in one .
I was hoping to be able to buy it in Liffey valley recently but it wasn’t in stock.
Delivery service is very good.
I also got the free samples of foundation which is really good !

I felt a necessity to spend my loyalty point ..
I placed an order cos I had been notified that my loyalty points were due to expire and I felt a necessity to buy. I found it unfair that you put a cut off time on customers to use these points.
After building my points, I didn't want to lose them. Furthermore, I was disappointed as AYU convert your point to a code so then I couldn't use any other code i.e. to bring down the cost of delivery. I emailed AYU and got a succinct reply. It just was not a good experience.

Lisa Quigley,
We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry that the loyalty point expiration and code usage limitations caused frustration. We aim for a better experience and will review our policies based on your feedback. Unfortunately only one discount or code is applicable per order.
Thank you for your time.
