Disappointed re launch
I just purchased the night and day cream as they launched this week - I was disappointed not to receive the eye mask promotion that was announced after I’d ordered - I followed up on receipt of the creams and was told I’d missed out as I’d ordered before the offer! - I have spent a lot of monies with ayu and have been a customer from the beginning- but I think it was unfair / poor customer service in this case - why launch something and then put a promotion on it the following day? I love ayu products hence the 3 star and not a one star for this review
