Ordering online was easy, I was updated with delivery date, and the trainers were delivered well packaged on that date. The trainers were a gift for my Grandson and he is delighted with them. I did a Google search for Lelli Kelly shoes for my granddaughter. Awesome shoes had what I wanted at a sale price. The site was easy to navigate & ordering was simple. The boots arrived promptly but were too big. Returns were free & I returned them & ordered a smaller size. Again delivery time was good & I was quickly refunded for the first pair. My granddaughter loves the boots.
