Totally un profesional company again
Totally un profesional company. I have tried for weeks to place order ,suggested cash on delivery for 1 week. Then today msg saying call delivery company to arrange , ten msg later still not sorted, i wont be using this compsny

We tried to contact you by whatsapp and phone many times but we didn't get an answer.
The delivery company tried to call you many times and they tried to send you the parcel twice but nobody was at home. The order was cash on delivery and the only way to receive the package is paying it.

Great products - great prices - fast shipping
I was mainly interested in essential oils but there are so many other great products at great prices. I am very happy with my purchase. The package arrived very quickly.

We had a great experience with AW…
We had a great experience with AW Artisan Europe. We called them directly and the day after we could pick up the order when we called and 1 hour later we picked up our products. Very sweet people and good customer service.
