AV Modern Bathrooms LTD Arvostelua

Recently had both a bathroom and an ensuite fitted. Absolutely love both! Av were professional and efficient from start to end. Wonderful fitters Alex & Vitalie.
Definitely recommend this company.

Very pleased with the new bathroom great fitter very clean and tidy work took 5 days rubbish was removed daily slight problem with the toilet but was dealt with quickly and effectively overall great price great work brilliant result could not have had a better experience would highly recommend

Very impressed with our bathroom and everyone loves it!

First of all, if you’re in doubt don’t be, Jo, who measured up was great, informative and helped us decide what would be good in the space and estimated swiftly.

Igor our fitter was fantastic. From arriving on time, to checking out the specs before getting to work was great and refreshing to see these days!

Firstly laying carpet protectors, then he got to work and answered any and all of our questions like a pro! (He really knows his stuff)

From ripping out, installing and sealing, Igor did a great job and tidied as he went along, and after each day was spotless, plus, the bigger rubbish was taken away as and when needed. He also asked to start earlier and stayed later than I would have expected which was amazing and he was super professional in his approach.

We have already recommended AV to two friends, and to ask for Igor and as a company we can’t fault them.

Price wise, we really liked their pricing style and thought they were very competitive, if you are thinking about getting your bathroom updated, I wouldn’t hesitate. We waited long enough and would’ve updated our bathroom sooner if we knew it would have been this good and easy!

We are over the moon with our new en-suite.
Mantos our fitter arrived on time and immediately went to work.
He laid the carpet protectors before he started stripping our old shower out.
He explained what would be required to fit our new low level shower once he had removed shower, toilet and old sink.
The renovation took longer than expected but we are truly impressed with the end result.
I purchased my own vanity unit and back to wall unit which Mantos expertly fitted.
Our new en-suite has exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend AV Modern bathrooms to anyone requiring a bathroom renovation at a competitive price.

Absolutely delighted with my bathroom and Val and workmates were exceptional, they worked really hard with fantastic results and the cost was low.
They even cleaned everything up and rubbish removed right away. Thank you AV Modern Bathrooms.

great quality bathrooms at a reasonable price. would 100% recommend to anyone getting a new bathroom.

Had a complete bathroom renovation completed this week. From choosing our bathroom to fitting went like a dream. Justas did an amazing job, kept us informed on what he was doing next and asked our views. We are over the moon with it, he worked so hard, well done Justas 👏

We have just had a new bathroom and en-suite fitted by AV Modern Bathrooms and have had a great experience with them.
We encountered a couple of issues along the way (not AV’s fault) and a Kristian in customer service was all over it and resolved everything perfectly.
We had a fitter called Konstantinas and he was brilliant!

Great service. Jo came out and we picked the options we wanted and we got a price straight away. The fitter who came was brilliant, he worked so hard and clearly took pride in his work. The old bathroom and rubbish was taken away quickly and we couldn’t fault anything from start to finish. Great company and pricing was very good.

Absolutely brilliant company from start to finishing the job.
Juris arrived on time and worked solid - fantastic attention to detail and so very tidy too- always cleaned up everyday. He was an excellent fitter and did a super job with our en-suite.
Rubbish was cleared as stated by the company.
Would highly recommend this company. I’m so glad I went with them.

Really pleased with our new bathroom, Justin & Tony did an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend anyone to use this company if they are looking for a new bathroom.

Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable fitter was on time very professional explained everything really really happy with the service from start to finish and have a beautiful bathroom

My bathroom is beautiful and the fitters were hardworking and friendly and kept it cleaned throughout renovation only problem I had was the shower being too hot or too cold and the reason for that were the pipes on the wrong way round only solution was to change the handle over and it’s working perfectly fine but to have the whole situation properly sorted would mean taking the whole shower off and getting behind the panel walls to redo the pipes how can a qualified plumber make this kind of mistake as reading a review this seem to be a problem.

Fantastic company, friendly, reliable, great service thank you very much especially to the fitter so clean and professional

I would be wary of using this company , we have had a new bathroom fitted, the fitter unfortunately had plumbed the shower in incorrectly . We only found this out after 2 days , as we were told not to use it , to give the sealant time to fully set , shower was freezing cold or boiling hot , we contacted the company and the fitter came out a couple of days later , his fix was to flip the shower control so it was upside down and the controls did not match with the correct function , I was not home when he did this , as soon as I saw what his fix was I contacted the company and asked them not to send the same fitter as totally lost confidence in him , they sent one of the maintenance team , he had to remove the newly installed shower and sink unit to sort out the pipe work , this took all day, he had to come back the following day to finish off , I was not home , the finish on the edging was unsightly and poorly done , I contacted again for someone to rectify this , same maintenance guy came out to redo , I came home , was still poorly done , I emailed the company with photo's, they said they could get the original fitter out , but we were not available the Day they offered , we had already had to arrange time off work for either myself or husband to be home for these additional visits , I said this had been ongoing for nearly a month and just wanted it sorted , so different maintenance team came out, they said they would sort , I was shown finished result , was told to not touch or clean up for a hour or so to give sealant time to set,it looks neater on top , however on closer inspection looks like the plastic trim has a chunk missing underneath , at this point , I have just given up , I am just glad we waited until this was done as we wanted to also have our downstairs cloakroom renovated , will be using a different company going forward , we were initially happy with quote and they appear to have good reviews, I would not recommend using this company , I would shop around.

Fantastic service from start to finish, over the moon with my new bathroom. Highly recommend these guys they are superb.

Amazing experience with this company I had a full bathroom fit out and what an amazing job they have done. The attention to detail with their fitter Tomas was amazing. They removed the previous bathroom and fitted new tiles floor to ceiling, new ceiling lights, new bath, new shelving cupboards, new shower, new toilet and sink units and amazing new bathroom black fitments. I also had a tallboy fitted along side the black towel rail and new mirror. Wow we're all totally impressed and now going to have the same company to fit our en-suite. Highly recommend from start to finish.
