AV Modern Bathrooms LTD Arvostelua

AV Modern Bathrooms turned up to view the bathroom, they were informative and honest, quickly had plans drawn up and a date fixed to carry out the works. Stephen stayed in touch whole duration and was very easy to contact at every stage, always returning my calls or emails, the chaps that turned up with materials were pleasant and respectful of property. Chaps that fitted the bathroom very pleasant and professional throughout the fitting and very respectful to owners and the property, very hard working and took pride in their works, on the last day all remaining debris removed and remaining materials again by very pleasant man. I would not hesitate in highly recommending this company and its works force. We are delighted with our bathroom

Well, what can I say. Fantastic from start to finish. All the staff from AV Modern Bathrooms were phenomenal. Mantas came and showed us alot of designs and gave us a load of options. Sorted out a stylish bathroom. Petreos and Ingars we're the fitters and what can I say, absolutely fantastic. Hard workers who never stopped. Came early and went late. A credit to the company. Only one issue was a tiny leak under the sink( no big deal) but that was resolved the following day. 5 stars all round for everyone. I would highly recommend AV Modern Bathrooms.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new completely refurbished (including the removal of the existing wall tiles) bathroom.
Juris was very hard worker, working til gone 6pm on a couple of the days (then having to drive around 50 miles home).
He was punctual, polite and his attention to detail is second to none.
I wanted the existing airing cupboard door to blend in with the rest of the walls, with no handle on the outside and so I came up with idea of using a push to pop open type set up.
Juris tried his best to make it work but the door just wasn't suitable (hollow) and so he custom made a brand new door from 18mm MDF.
The new door looks amazing and works perfectly.
The finished bathroom is to an outstanding level of craftsmanship and I would definitely recommend AV Modern Bathrooms, and certainly Juris, to anyone looking for a high quality bathroom, with an excellent customer service experience.

Had a whole new bathroom fitted.... service was great from start to finish. Home visit to help me decide what I wanted which was planned out by Jovita, she was so friendly and helpful. Lots of communication about start date and payments due, which I thought was amazing. Made a small amendment from square toilet to round, which wasn't any trouble. What can I say about Andrejs....he was so good, he checked every little detail with me, was so friendly and a fantastic all round worker.... he did an amazing job and I now just want to sit in my bathroom all the time lol.

We are currently having two bathrooms renovated by this company. The first one has now been completed, but unfortunately there have been several issues:
• The sink unit was fitted in the wrong place, not according to the plan. It was moved when pointed out, but the original holes were only filled with polyfiller.
• Grouting has not been finished.
• The bath taps were not installed where we requested.
• The toilet is not working and the stop lock is not accessible.
• There has already been a leak through to the ceiling in our lounge.
• Oil from their vehicle has leaked across our drive.

When we have contacted the company, we’ve repeatedly been told that no manager is available – the same explanation was given last week. We have been advised that maintenance will come out to correct the problems, but until that actually happens, this is not a company I could recommend.

I will update this review if the outstanding issues are rectified.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Igor, our fitter, has completed a complete transformation. He worked tirelessly throughout and his work is of an excellent standard. All rubbish collected the day after the job was finished. Would definitely recommend.

I have had a bathroom makeover this week by AV Modern bathrooms and I have to say that I am absolutely 💯 delighted with the results. The team have been amazing from start to finish. Justin is amazing and he can put his hand to anything. They have been courteous and respectfull with me and my home (including my cat). I would recommend this company and if they did any other home improvements I would definitely use them again. Thank you AV Modern bathrooms, I rate your company as excellent 👍 😀

We have just had Alex doing our bathroom this week and I honestly cannot fault him. He worked such long hours to get everything done and the quality of work is outstanding! We had a little blip with our old piping (not his fault) but he stormed through and got it fixed, and took it all in his stride. Even when I was being fussy and wanted to make a small change he just got it done and was lovely throughout the whole week! The quality of all the materials is amazing and it truly looks like a stunning bathroom now it is all done. The attention to detail is second to none. Thank you so much Alex and AV bathrooms - fantastic work!!

He was like superman .the bathroom looks stunning all high quality fittings full rip out and brand new bathroom fitted in less than 4 days .av modern bathrooms i would recommend 100% but my credit and praise goes to the fitter KONSTANTINES that man was a hard grafter im so impressed and happy and grateful I found this company 😀

Good to start…, BUT if you have any problems god help you!!! they ignore your emails
Massive leak from poor workman ship gaffa tape used around soil pipe no clips to support.. had one company out to help and they never seen nothing like it and said I’m not touching it and walked away!!! sewage though the ceiling been left since Thursday no phone calls apparently the boss only talks via emails…

3 weeks before that a leak in the cloakroom they did!! Yes they did do this after 3 weeks

I don’t think they understand the seriousness of this situation.
The after care is shocking.

After initially being Wowed by the new look of the replacement bathroom, the gloss soon disappeared as we noticed things that had been poorly fitted and problems quickly arose.
The top frame of the door casing had been ripped off and shodily put back via a big visible nail and there are gaps in the silicone all around the door frame.
The towel rail pipes were measured incorrectly, so we have one of the pipes bent at an angle to make it fit and in the past 6 months the towel rail itself has started to corrode.
The sink they fitted is tiny, more like you would find in a separate WC rather than a bathroom, and is not fit for purpose, which causes water all over the place when trying to have a wash, this has caused the sink cupboard handles to corrode, which I replaced myself and some of the panels to start to 'blow' through water ingress.
The shower screen became detatched from the shower base after a matter of days, which they came out to recitify and told me the initial fitter had fitted the securing bar too tightly which caused the silicone to split under pressure.
A few months later after returning from holiday, the kitchen ceiling fell through due to a major leak from the shower. After a number of visits they said this was fixed and they patched up the kitchen ceiling, but wouldn't even provide ceiling covering to cover up what they had caused.
Probably thankful that they didn't we still to this day occasionally get water leaking from the shower as it drips through the ceiling where they patched it up.
The toilet since it was fitted never felt fully secure, and the soft close lid they supplied went faulty after about 6 months.
I have re-sicilconed the toilet twice, however last week it came away from the casing fully and started to leak. I called a plumber who came out and said that the toilet had never been fitted correctly, the fitting kit to secure it to the floor was missing (probably thrown away) and the toilet was only siliconed into position.
Worse still when he tried to access the back of the toilet to identify where the leak is coming from, all the panels have been internally screwed in place and the top cover of the toilet is wedged under the lip of the sink, so the sink needs to be removed to even gain access to the flush mechanism.
So after £3500 and numerous visits from them and other plumbers, plus emails sent to report the issues, I am here with a bathroom where the shower leaks, the toilet leaks, the towel rail is corroding and the sink cupboard panels have blown, it looks like I am goig to have no option other than to have a complete new bathroom fitted, but I definately be avoiding firms like this one.

Absolutely fantastic job so so pleased

This has been a smooth 4 days of renovations.. Darius did an amazing job so polite and talked us through each stage. Very clean even hoovered my stair carpets at end of job ☺️ we had the bathtub removed and replaced with a shower and a great unit built for our towels and shampoos ECT and the paneling looks just as good as tiles overall a very impressive job for a very impressive price I will be passing this in to my family and friends wish could put photos up

I had a fabulous experience from beginning to end. From the initial phone call, the planner came out to assess the space, provide a detailed pricing estimate, and present the actual plan. I was given options for tiles and paneling, and I ultimately chose paneling. However, I learned that marble paneling has a random pattern, which doesn't match as wallpaper does—this was a misunderstanding on my part, but it was clearly explained to me.

The team left everything in our hands without any pressure to make a decision. My sister had previously used their services, and my nephew's and AV's bathrooms came highly recommended. Once we agreed on the design, I was given a start date just two weeks later.

Konstantinos was the worker assigned to my project, and he did an outstanding job. He efficiently ripped out the old bathroom and refitted everything without missing a beat. If you can request him, I highly recommend doing so; he's a fantastic worker and truly made my day.

The company also removed all the old bathroom fixtures on the same day, and everything was reasonably priced with no hidden costs. I highly recommend their services and would rate them a perfect 10/10!

Komanda paliko viską mūsų rankose, be jokio spaudimo priimti sprendimą.

Awful. Don't bother wasting your money. I've had to get people back to try and fix shoddy work. Any gap is just filled with silicone instead of just cutting things to correct sizes. They use cheap materials. My taps corroded after 2 months. The ceiling panels were all different shades of white. Flooring squeaked. The paint on the black handles wore off after a few weeks. Fittings left of radiators. Waited 3 weeks for someone to sort out a light switch surround due to the previous fitter cutting the whole too big. Only the new fitter to just stick some trim round it and fill it full of silicone. Not sure how I submit photos. But I have plenty. Please stay away from this company.
