Undelivered
My delivery has not been delivered to this day. Today is the 4th day of delay following 5 working days of waiting time. I communicated this to Avern and they replied back that they are chasing this for me. Still waiting to hear back.

Makita makes it easy
The item was delivered quickly and unscathed i bought this type of backpack hoover for the job I do (caretaker) and it does save me a lot of time so I can concentrate on other jobs around the estate where I work the 2x 5.0ah batteries do last upto an hour so I can cover more ground in the blocks it picks up a lot of non standard bits like blossom and pollen really well as when I sweep it just flies up in the air.
It came a range of nozzles and 50 bags plus a twin charger and carry bag.
I would highly recommend.

The product I purchased did not arrive…
The product I purchased did not arrive at my address. I would appreciate your help, as I received an email confirming delivery but the product did not arrive at my address. It seems the delivery person left it at the wrong address.

Despite having notification on Monday that product was out for delivery, sadly Evri have not yet delivered (Friday). Not sure why companies still insist on using Evri as there always seems to be a problem with them. Hopefully they'll arrive eventually.

The nilfisk pressure washer
The nilfisk pressure washer was delivered on time by the courier, I was a l little concerned the product had previously been removed from the package and re-boxed with the cardboard protection incorrectly positioned. I removed the item from its box and found no damage to report, and very satisfied with the equipment and the purchasing from Avern Ceaning Suppies
