This company is not a honest company. We booked one of their homes in June 2025 for Thanksgiving 2026. Just recently they cancelled our booking. The reason doesn’t make any sense. They said there were booking problems. Really they gave us a really good deal and then realized that they had the wrong nightly price. So they lied and said that they had inventory problems. I know it is a lie because that same house is back up for rent that same week for $14000. The customer is always right is not followed by this company. Be careful if rent from this company they don’t care about the customer just their money hungry company!

Great for a big group of 12! Great location and it was a quick drive away from Broadway / 12 South! Only wish we could’ve known which bathrooms corresponded to what rooms.

Unit was exactly as pictured. Modern, clean and well appointed. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink or read your book in the sun. Comfy beds. A lot of storage for clothing and personal belongings. Super easy building and unit access via keypads. Free covered parking connected to the building with easy access as well.

Location was close to the Parthenon and Centennial Park, just off Vandy’s campus- nice area to walk and explore a bit. Very quick and easy Uber/Lyft to the hotspots in town.

There is a Mexican restaurant on the ground floor with a great patio and indoor/outdoor bar, which was a nice surprise!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was clean and absolutely beautiful. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The home has a beautiful view and was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for a romantic getaway. We will definitely be booking again.

Nice and clean accommodations, easy instructions for arrival and departure, excellent location to explore the area.

Great place

Overall the place is very nice. It was clean and a good location and the pool was lovely. A few things to improve on - We didn’t have hot water but they fixed that. It stays very hot in the downstairs bedrooms. One of the fan did not work in one of those rooms and there were cockroaches downstairs.

The place was beautiful and very clean. We just love it. The backyard was so nice. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful weekend staying in Newport Beach with AvantStay. The house was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The place was very clean, and truly had everything we needed. The house was in a great location and a quick walk to the beach with our kids. The communication with the AvantStay staff couldn’t have been better. They were available and in touch the entire stay. We have already looked at other properties of theirs for future stays. Highly recommend
booking with this company.

The home was beautiful, exactly as pictured. I had to contact the team and they were very responsive and checked on us throughout the stay. I will definitely book with AvantStay again in the future.

The location was just perfect… close to stores, shopping, and some really lovely restaurants. The beach was an easy 3–5 minute walk, which made it so nice to go back and forth during the day.

The condo itself was very comfortable. The beds slept great and the pillows were soft (which I always appreciate 😊). The kitchen had everything we needed, and the big refrigerator/freezer was perfect for all our food and drinks.

We also loved the covered parking and being on the first level—it made coming and going so easy, with the option of stairs or the elevator.

The only small downside was the AC return was a little loud at times, but it was manageable and didn’t take away from our stay.

Overall, it was a great place and we would definitely stay here again! 🌴✨

The house was super clean and roomy. It comfortably fit me and all my friends and the house is very close to the beach and main strip. The only downside was that one of the smoke detectors had a low battery and beeped all weekend

We stayed there for 6 days and everything was clean and working, I will definitely recommend! Will be staying there again when I come back !

Great house. Everything working properly, and had no issues at all. Quick responses to my questions and everything was professional.

Super simple check-in! Great amenities!! Really amazing location. Very close to the beach! Bed was very big and comfortable. Dishes that were provided were perfect! There was cooking oil and salt and pepper.
Overall 10/10 experience would highly recommend.

Everything about this unit was perfect! Updated kitchen and bathrooms; comfortable beds and furniture; and everything was spotlessly clean. The Shipwatch community is very nice with a nice pool and beach - and I personally think that building D has the best views, as we were able to watch the sun rise each morning from our living room and deck. Would go back in a heartbeat!

House was well stocked and very clean. Great view of the ocean!

The location was a 10. We enjoyed the condo and the amenities. Well-equipped place with everything you need for your stay.

Truly wonderful experience - the surroundings are beautiful and the home is very serene. We were impressed by all the amenities, everything we needed was available for a comfortable and stress free stay.

From the beginning, the directions to the cabin were concise and helpful. The property is perfect for a couple or a single. Cute cabin in a quiet and peaceful setting. The other cabin on the property looks larger and could probably accommodate a larger group and has a ocean view. The little cabin has it's own little pond that supports bird life and little mammals, ie rabbits and squirrels. It was enjoyable to sit on the deck which has a propane fire pit, with a glass of wine and truly unwinding from our hectic lives. All of the amenities were in good working condition and I can't think of any negatives. The management company is also thorough with directions and other info. I will definitely book again in the future.
