Good policy for worldwide annual cover for a very decent price. Cover for 50days per trip which is not offered by any other established insurance companies that I could find, certainly not below £500.... Näytä lisää

Checked out the company on Martin Lewis website, reviews were positive so encouraged me to proceed. Great price, cutting my previous policy nearly in half for very similar level of cover.

Policy not as requested

Booked insurance at a good price. However when I read the policy it did not match what was asked. I was told to phone them again the next day and that the changes might mean an extra charge. No thanks cancelled. It seems they have again missed the point. I didn"t ask for the policy to be changed they gave me a policy different to that requested.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with us. Anything that is added to your quote after the initial price given can alter your premium. For example, if you call back and add another condition onto your declaration, or change the destination, this will need to be covered therefore it is likely for your premium to increase.

I’ve had a great experience Excellent Service and Professionalism…

I’ve had a great experience with Avantigo from start to finish. The level of professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and the team were always responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with.
Communication was clear throughout, and any questions or concerns were handled quickly and efficiently. It’s clear they genuinely care about delivering a high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Overall, I would highly recommend Avantigo to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service. A very smooth and positive experience.

Found on comparison site. Cover looked good and price was reasonable. Hope I don’t need to use policy for any reason, but holiday insurance cover imperative.
