Went thru an ugly divorce and got stuck with all my ex-wife’s credit card debt. I had to go with a debt relief program b/c I couldn’t afford them plus my living expenses. As a result, my credit score dropped 200+ pts and no one in the last five years has approved me for a consolidation loan…until Avant. No collateral, no hassle. THANK YOU!!!

Avant has come thru as a Awesome company! Offered me a credit card with a really good limit and then offered me a loan,which I jumped on.Im thankful to be in the Avant family!

This bank is terrible. I have the protection credit program with them and I paid 185.00 before my next payments were due and when it was time to pay,my available credit was 12.00 so I called customer service they told me that it was interest charges for 32.00 for three months which doesn’t make sense because that’s not even 185.00.as soon as I pay this credit card off, I will close this account

I am a very new customer but I will say this as I filed out all of the information in your app it is very user friendly and I haven’t got my card yet but I really feel like your company is very thorough and again I love the app. Thanks

They take forever to credit your payment especially when you pay off the whole balance and they won't increase your credit limit like other cards do after making on time payments

The loan process is smooth always This is my 3rd loan with Avant. Always a pleasant experience

I’ve had a great experience with the Avant Credit Card. The app is easy to use, customer service has been helpful, and they recently increased my credit limit after responsible use. It’s a solid option for building and managing credit. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service,no understanding. I had a baby almost year ago for almost 2 years I have been paying 4.99 to keep this account open to build my credit. I got postpartum depression and lost track of this account and now owe almost $40 of which I cannot pay. I spoke with a man and explained that I have not only no money but my bank account is in the negative almost $2000. He agreed to close my account but kept reiterating that I entered into a credit card agreement with Avant and they would still not only be expecting me to pay 2 monthly payments of 4.99 a late fee and money compounding interest. He kept saying he was helping me and that he knows what it is like to have a baby and have postpartum depression but alas there is that little customer agreement I signed up for. I repeatedly asked for a supervisor and when he eventually put me on hold to get one the call conveniently disconnected. Don't go through any medical crisis with this company you will find 0 help and if you are a woman be prepared to be mansplained about how easy it is to have a baby.

Stay away from these scammers! They claim you're preapproved to obtain your driver's license, Social Security number, and other personal information. Then, two weeks later, they say you're not approved. No telling what they are actually up to.

Be careful of the Avant credit card. I was set up for Auto pay with minimum payment coming out monthly. They took the whole balance at one time with Autopay in place. I called to have this corrected and all they did was lie to me about taking care of it. This is highly illegal and an unauthorized transaction stealing from a customer! I will never do business with them again because they have been a problem from the start!!! Untrustworthy, deceitful, and theft of money!!!

Have had a couple loans with Avant. They make the process uncomplicated and convenient. Will most likely be a return customer.

My experience with avant- wasn’t good they hired process fees after approval your loan and it’s very expensive no way I’m going to use again I think it’s not honest be careful…

The worst bank I have ever been with, for 2 weeks, the card was getting declined, and they asked me to send my ID, knowing I was traveling. Today, the card are still getting declined, and this is crazy.

So its a 100% scam service. Percent rates 35%. Did a few paiments on due date - they charg a late fee, no matter that due date is today. Latef find that they did it 4 times and this payments hidden from main list of transactions. Call to support not possible - only music. Who gives them a license?
