I had a fantastic experience working with Avance Consulting, especially with Sunil Kuppli. From the very beginning, Sunil was extremely supportive, professional, and responsive. He was available at all hours, always quick to answer my questions and address any concerns I had.

Throughout the hiring process, Sunil and the team at Avance were proactive in making sure everything went smoothly. Their dedication and consistent follow-ups made the whole experience stress-free and efficient.

I truly appreciate their commitment and highly recommend Avance Consulting to anyone looking for reliable and supportive recruitment services.

I have not received my last working payment. I maintained clear communication with them about my choice to leave the company, and difficulties that I was facing in my personal life leading up to the posting of my review. I am owed money that has not been paid yet-and in 2025 withholding money is egregious behavior.

Updated- I have received the money that was owed. Other than this mishap, it was a pleasure working with Avance!

I enjoyed working with Morris William and Rahul Reddy. They were both very responsive and checked in frequently to ensure the onboarding process went smoothly.

Great recruitment consulting agency, very helpful and a smooth process to onboard and follow up. They also connected me with umbrella company for the payroll which is quite an advantage.

I Just wanted to share my experience here. Kranthi Bandolu and Ken Sanjay helped me in following up in job search and offer great guidance.
