Avance Consulting  Arvostelua

I have been looking for a permanent position for some time, with only contract and temporary coming my way. My first contact with Prasanth was very pleasant and to the point. I described my situation and he was able to match me to an ideal client. Prasanth listened to me to understand my career goals and background. He was able to give me some insights about opportunities that I had previously not considered. Between Prasanth and her manager Karishma they both worked diligently to figure out several tech issues with the client server systems and the necessary video call interviews with the client. They gave me consistent and clear updates about the process. It was very reassuring and smooth. The result is that I have a new job that I am very excited about and Avance has a good placement with an outstanding tech firm. I really feel that Prasanth and Avance give the extra effort to match their clients to the opportunities.

Thank you Prasanth and Karishma for you effort and patience.

Great experience! Vrundavan Bhatt was extremely supportive and communication was exceptional.

I would like to take a moment to sincerely appreciate the excellent support provided by Poojitha Gangarapu as our Relationship Manager. Throughout our collaboration, Poojitha has demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to addressing our queries and ensuring smooth coordination. Her proactive communication and attention to detail have been invaluable in managing our requirements efficiently. I look forward to continuing this productive partnership.
Additionally, I would like to acknowledge that payments with Avance Consulting have always been processed on time. Having worked with Avance for a long time, I can confidently say that the entire team has consistently been supportive and reliable.

I remember Sheeba and what she has done for me even though this review is more than a year since I have worked with her. She was very welcoming and her timely address of my support needs made me feel very much engaged and though some not so good things transpired during my exit at Avance, she kept me relieved that someone understood my end at that time.

I have had a great experience working with Sheeba Varghese as my Relationship Manager. She has been highly professional, responsive, and supportive throughout our collaboration. Sheeba always addressed my queries promptly and ensured smooth communication and coordination. Her dedication and attention to detail have been greatly appreciated, and I truly value the positive impact she had on my experience with Avance Services. Highly recommended.

I’m so grateful for Sheeba Varghese communications anytime I need a support related my invoice or finance queries.
Thank you 😊
Sincerely
Irena

I had the pleasure of working with MD Haleem Pasha during my hiring process, and I am extremely grateful for his exceptional support. From the initial profile submission to the final onboarding, Haleem was always proactive, communicative, and attentive to every detail. His guidance and prompt responses made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Haleem for anyone seeking a dedicated and professional recruiter who genuinely cares about candidates' success.

Thank you, Haleem, for your outstanding assistance!

I had a great experience working with Avance Consulting. The recruitment process was smooth and well-organized, and I truly appreciate Ambica’s support throughout. She was proactive, transparent, and always quick to respond to my queries, making the entire onboarding process stress-free. Thanks to her efforts, I was placed in a role that matched my skills and career goals perfectly. I highly recommend Avance Consulting and Ambica for their professionalism and dedication.

Excellent and consistent communication. Accurate data collection and clear and concise explanation of role and implications. Good empathy shown during tough decisions. Avance team worked very well together

The process felt somewhat confusing and rushed, but overall relatively typical of a consulting firm working for a larger conglomerate. The position itself ended up being very different than what was advertised, but that's more to do with the client than Avance. I will say everyone I've worked with personally from Avance (especially Sarvani Venigalla) has been kind and thorough! I appreciate their hard work!

My recruiter, Jitta Revanth, helped me so much from the first contact about the job I now have. He’s knowledgeable, proactive, and honest. I’ve had disappointing experiences with other recruiters, but he’s excelled from the start. I’m grateful for all the time and effort he invested in helping me land the job.

I’d like to acknowledge Vrundavan Bhatt for his excellent support in facilitating my recent client interview for a contract opportunity. From the initial outreach to interview scheduling, Vrundavan demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a clear understanding of the role requirements.

I was rushed into signing the RTR.

The rate offered was $5-$10 less than what I was offered from other agencies (SEVERAL of them) for the exact same position. However, since I had already signed the RTR it was too late for me to go with one of those. Had I realized the position was in such demand, I would have waited and gone with a different agency.

Mukesh Bati helped me being considered in the company and finally chosen, he also was very attentive with the information and conditions I required. I was hired in only a week.

I enjoyed my recruitment experience because I learned so much about this company. And I learn some interesting things about technology. Also, I enjoyed meeting and talking to my fellow co-workers.

Excellent team to work with! Mohammed Afroz and Vaishnavi Vangala created a seamless experience for me to interview for the job I wanted! Joshal DSouza and Tulasi Tejaswi have guided me through onboarding with ease and professionalism. The team members at Avance are always happy to answer any questions I may have, and they are so pleasant to work with too. I highly recommend working with the team at Avance Consulting!

Th experience was really good all my queries where handled very efficiently. Rahul was very reliable and promptly following up with all the process for recruitment and made my onboarding efficiently.

Trustworthy company, recruiting process was very fast and easy which allowed to start my new job within 3 weeks from the first contact.

Neha Srigiri was helpful in landing me this job, they were transparent and helpful and were great in handling a bunch of the necessary steps to land me this position.

Neha Srigiri contacted me about a job after reviewing my resume on Dice.com. She guided me through the entire interview process from start to finish and I revieved a job offer. It was a pleasure working with Avance.
