Smooth and easy to communicate

Good service by their Personnels .

I had a great experience working with Mukesh throughout my interview process. He was very proactive, kept me updated at every step, and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. He made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Thanks to Mukesh for making the interview experience such a positive one!

They reached out to me for a position and helped me on my process and continue to take care of the situation after the onboarding, Tadakapally Likitha was the person who was attending me the whole process. Very nice team avance consulting and process vert fast.

Bhargav Chirumamilla was very professional and easy to work with. He made me feel comfortable throughout the recruitment and interviewing process and always communicated well and in a timely manner.

I got hired through Avance. Divya was my recruiter and she has been transparent and clear on clients needs. She is always on top of her tasks. Thanks for helping with the process in quicker way as possible.

Everything is excellent. No issues at all. Great service and experience from start to finish.

Tadakapally Likitha and the rest of the team were formidable! They accompanied me through the entire process and helped me to gain a new job! Thanks :)

Even though the opportunity didn’t move forward due to the customer withdrawing the role, I want to express my appreciation for the excellent communication and support from the Avance team.
A special thanks to Vrundavan for always being quick to respond and keeping me updated.

I would be happy to work with Avance again on any future requirements.

Thanks,
Ravi

I was connected with Avance by a colleague. I interviewed for the initial role and never received any feedback. I had to reach out to find out the role had been filled. Ultimately I interviewed for three roles, two of the roles was for the same client. Ultimately I was offered a role. The time from initial contact to job offer happened very quickly. The overall experience was average. There were duplicate communications, communication outside of normal business hours...like 5:00 AM on a Saturday and an overly sense of urgency, I would recommend the team prioritize communication so that it doesn't appear to be nagging, be mindful of time zone differences and provide feedback that could be helpful to each candidate.

Very good and great experience.

The recruitment process was smooth, well-organized, and professionally handled. Sumayya Thabassum was extremely supportive throughout the entire process and provided timely guidance and assistance until my joining date. I truly appreciate her coordination, communication, and dedication in making the experience seamless.

Anil Arroju from Avance Consulting was very helpful throughout the search and hiring process.

He stayed on top of every detail and ensured the process and timeline remained on track. He was also instrumental in closing the deal and securing the offer.

Excellent experience with Avance Consulting. The recruiter was very professional, supportive, and kept me updated throughout the hiring process. I truly appreciate their guidance and would highly recommend them to others.

Useless.
I have been retired for years.
I have asked many times for my details to be removed from their database.
I keep getting emails saying “ I came across your profile and was impressed by your background and experience”.
Obviously they don’t pay any attention to their jobs.
They also have no option to unsubscribe from their emails or on their website.

I have enjoyed working with Avance Consulting so far. Thank you for your support
