Pas de bureaux à l'aéroport,attendu une heure
Attendu une heure à l'aéroport car il faut appeler la navette (super !)pas de bureau sur place et insistent pour vous faire prendre une assurance en vous faisant miroiter le remboursement d'une partie du tarif annoncé ,ce qui est faux et pas remis de documents signés de cette fameuse assurance.Perdu 100 euros !Je comprends maintenant leurs bas tarifs...Prochaine location se fera chez des gens plus sérieux.

Actuellement, dans certaines agences situées à proximité des aéroports, nos bureaux se trouvent en dehors du terminal, et un service de navette gratuit — disponible sur simple appel — est mis à disposition pour rejoindre facilement notre station de location.
Nous avons toutefois le plaisir de vous informer que dans quelques semaines, un comptoir Autovia sera ouvert directement à l’intérieur du terminal, afin de rendre la remise des véhicules encore plus rapide et pratique pour tous nos clients.
Concernant les assurances complémentaires, nous tenons à préciser qu’elles sont toujours proposées de manière optionnelle et que tous les détails figurent dans le contrat, dans un souci constant de transparence.

Very friendly staff and good service, especially Claudia was very helpful when we returned the car and even helped us with some other questions we had around the toll. Car was a bigger version than booked so that was a nice surprise as well!

Bequem und einfach Auto mieten
Der Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen war schnell und ohne lange Wartezeit. Die Fahrer waren sehr freundlich. Die Abholung und Rückgabe war schnell und problemlos. Das Fahrzeug war hochwertiger wie Gebucht. Gebucht über Sunnycars all inklusive. Das machte es einfach.

Ich kann Autovia absolut nicht empfehlen – das war mit Abstand die schlechteste Mietwagenerfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe.
Ich hatte über einen seriösen Vermittler (MietwagenCheck) einen Kia Sportage mit Rundum-Schutz gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt. Trotz Angabe meiner Flugnummer wurde mir bei einer Flugverspätung von gerade einmal einer Stunde am Flughafen Palermo mitgeteilt, dass mein Fahrzeug „anderweitig vermietet“ worden sei.
Statt einer Lösung wurde ich unter Druck gesetzt, eine deutlich teurere Zusatzversicherung (588 €!) abzuschließen – sonst hätte ich kein Auto bekommen. Es war spät am Abend, wir standen ohne Alternative da, und das wurde gnadenlos ausgenutzt.
Zu allem Überfluss wurde meine Kreditkarte angeblich nicht akzeptiert – aber für die Extrazahlung funktionierte sie plötzlich problemlos.
Am Ende bekam ich trotzdem genau das Fahrzeugmodell, das ich ursprünglich gebucht hatte – ein eindeutiges Zeichen dafür, dass die Begründung nur vorgeschoben war.
Dieses Verhalten ist meiner Meinung nach unseriös, ausbeuterisch und grenzt an Betrug.
Ich werde nie wieder bei Autovia mieten und kann nur jedem dringend raten, einen großen Bogen um diesen Anbieter zu machen.

In the case of flight delays, Autovia guarantees reservation validity within a specific time window; beyond that, vehicles may be reassigned due to operational needs. Nevertheless, our staff is always instructed to seek suitable solutions according to actual availability.

Vi sconsiglio di noleggiare le macchina da loro du scegli un modello pagando per quel modello con 2.0 di cilindrata e ti Danno in 1.2 di cilidrata tutto scassata le foto possono dokumentare , se ti rifiuti. Ti dicono che non possono farci niente non ti danno nemmeno i soldi indietro devi aspettare Ho dovuto pagare 140euro in piú per un altre macchina discutendo per un ora, le valiggie non entravano in macchina. Anche se mel mio contratto ce scritto posto per 3 valiggie . Ma due non ci entravano nemmeno foto fatte
Alla consegna. Ti Devon trovare un difetto per tu pagare in cash. E io mi sono rifiutato e me l’anno segnato sulla chiusura del contratto che sicuramente mi faranno pagare

Unos verdaderos estafadores
Unos verdaderos estafadores. Nuestro vuelo se atrasó 1:35. Al llegar al aeropuerto llamé a Autovía (dentro de las dos horas que dan de margen) nos recogió su furgoneta y al llegar a su oficina (en medio de la nada) había pasado 2:10 y se negaron a entregarnos el vehículo. Tras discutir, como no me ofrecían solución, les propuse contratar otro nuevo vehículo y me dijeron que NO tenían. Mentira!! En ese rato pudimos ver cómo a otro matrimonio les ocurría exactamente lo mismo que a.nosotros.
Insisto: unos estafadores a los que habría que señalar en todas las webs de alquiler, parece mentira que Ryanair trabaje con estos individuos

lamentamos sinceramente lo ocurrido y entendemos perfectamente su frustración ante una situación tan molesta después de un viaje ya complicado por el retraso del vuelo. Queremos asegurarle que Autovia nunca pretende perjudicar a sus clientes, y que seguimos procedimientos estrictos basados en nuestros Términos y Condiciones de alquiler, los cuales contemplan un margen de tolerancia de una hora (extendido a dos en caso de vuelos con número de vuelo comunicado) para garantizar la entrega del vehículo reservado.
Sin embargo, cuando ese tiempo se supera y la flota ya ha sido reasignada, puede ocurrir que no haya vehículos disponibles en ese momento. Entendemos que esto puede resultar muy frustrante y lamentamos profundamente que no se le haya podido ofrecer una alternativa inmediata.
Nos gustaría revisar su caso de forma detallada: si nos envía los datos de su reserva (nombre, fecha y lugar del alquiler) a customercare@autovia.it
, nuestro equipo analizará lo sucedido y le dará una respuesta personalizada.

we are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and fully understand your frustration. Our airport offices are located just a short distance from the terminal and offer a free shuttle service, as indicated in the booking confirmation, to easily reach the rental location.
Regarding the international driving license, Italian law requires that non-EU residents hold an International Driving Permit or an official translation of their license, as stated in our Terms and Conditions and on the booking voucher.
As for the deposit, please note that there is a difference between the rental payment made through the booking portal and the security deposit, which must be pre-authorized locally on a personal credit card as a standard guarantee for all rentals.

Pressured to take out extra insurance to cover excess for any damages.
Whilst the pick up and drop off service to and from the airport was fine, we definitely felt pressured to take out additional insurance. We were told the insurance we had taken out with Easyjet/Axa did not cover any minor damage and that we could pay an excess of 1300.00 Euros if we didn't have their insurance. When I showed them a copy of our insurance paperwork, they still went on that we would have to pay up front and wait ages for repayment if we didn't have their cover. We witnessed them doing this to every customer. We met a couple on our return who said this happened to them previously and this time did not take it, as the insurance they had was fine.

Our protection plans, on the other hand, are optional services designed to reduce or eliminate the customer’s direct financial responsibility with Autovia, avoiding the need to advance large sums or wait for reimbursement.
