Great car it was clean, friendly staff but the oil was low in the car after 2 day it asked for a liter. Also it was out of windscreen washer fluid.

Excellent staff & really good vehicle

Extremely rude personell in Bari airport that couldn’t explain anything and was very stressed.
We didn’t get the car we ordered, Audi A3 since they don’t have it at all!
The car also had massive damage on the coating that we were responsible for documenting.
In Italy EasyPark is used almost everywhere to be able to park. But we couldn’t use this because there were unpaid bills on the car from a previous customer. When calling Autovia to get help, they just hung up…

As a mother, this was one of the most stressful travel experiences I've ever had.

We rented a car from this company for our family vacation in Bari and prepaid €195. When we arrived at the airport to collect the car, we were told that my husband's Albanian driver's license was not enough and that he also needed an International Driving Permit.

The most frustrating part is that we rented from the same company last year using the exact same license, and no one asked for an International Driving Permit. If this had been clearly communicated during the booking process, we would have obtained one before traveling.

Instead, we spent more than five hours at the airport trying to find a solution. Traveling with a tired and hungry 2-year-old, watching him become increasingly upset while we were left without any real assistance, was heartbreaking. Rather than helping us, they simply refused to give us the car and told us to request a refund by email.

We did exactly that, only to be told that our €195 would not be refunded because the requirement was supposedly included somewhere in their terms and conditions. They kept our money despite providing no service at all.

This completely ruined the first day of our family vacation and caused unnecessary stress for all of us, especially our little one.

If you are traveling with children, the last thing you need is to be stranded at the airport for hours because of a requirement that was never made clear. Be extremely careful when booking with this company, especially if you have a non-EU driver's license. Double-check every document they may require, even if you've rented from them before under the same conditions.

Car was clean, staff very kind, fast pick up and return procedure, easy to find, just 300 m straigt forward once you exit the airport buulding .. good value for money. Sign for full coverage insurance at the counter. No worries at all.

The service provided was professional in every terms.

Easy rent process and new car

Location de voiture à l'aéroport de Bari :
Dans l'ensemble tout s’est bien passé, pas de mauvaise surprise, il faut dire que j'avais souscris leur assurance plus cher c'est vrai mais plus de tranquillité d'esprit pour de vrais vacances, pas de tour de la voiture, l’assurance comprend tout extérieur, intérieur vitres etc. .. Attention la carte de crédit est obligatoire des clients avant moi ce sont vus refuser leur location car carte de débit, pour ma part n’en n’ayant pas j’ai souscrit la formule BLUE d’AMERICAN EXPRESS la moins chère et je ne regrette pas, toujours pratique en voyage.
En résumé bonne expérience seul hic j’avais commandé une fiat 500 pour l’aspect dolce Vita et je me suis retrouvé avec un gros MG, certes j’ai été upgradé gratuitement mais ce n’est pas ce que je voulais.

Procedure semplicissime per la prenotazione

Prenotato una vettura T-Roc o simile partenza aeroporto di Bari per il 28 giugno. Siamo arrivati presto, alle 7 di mattina e poco dopo due simpatiche ragazze, dipendenti di Autovia, hanno aperto lo sportello (era l'unico sportello di noleggio auto aperto a quell'ora all'aeroporto di Bari). In poco tempo sbrighiamo le pratiche in quanto l'incaricata ci dice che possiamo prendere la vettura e andare senza tanti controllo in quanto avevamo stipulato tutte assicurazioni possibili. la macchina chiaramente non era un T Roc ma una MG. Al gabbiotto della consegna il ragazzo di Autovia ci dice invece di controllare tutto e di scattare foto per testimoniare eventuali problemi. Che sono questi: tappetini interni mancanti che hanno causato due grossi e profondi buchi sulla moquette zona pedali, graffi estesi sulle portiere, bottarelle leggere tipo grandine sul cofano, traccie di pedate fangose sui sedili. Pieno di benzina non pieno con una tacca in meno. La cosa più deludente è stato il chilometraggio della macchina: 92000 (novantaduemila) Km. La vettura aveva un motore con pochissimi cavalli credo, perché faceva a fatica anche in salite min ime o per immettersi nelle statali due corsie. Alla fine ho riconsegnato la vettura a Bari con molta difficoltà per entrare nello spazio dedicato Autovia in quanto non indicato con segnaletica visibile. Ho fatto presente al ragazzo che io avevo fatto il pieno fino all'ultima tacca, mi ha chiesto di vedere la foto del giorno di ritiro del livello di benzina, risposta "ah va bene ha ragione". Finisce così l'esperienza Autovia.
